Vlada Heidrich Wet Naked Photoshoot of the Day

Vlada Heidrich is a very important model that you have never heard of but who gets naked and who self promotes on Instagram. I post these high class models, who may or may not be sex workers, the line between sex work and legitimate work is so blurry and I don’t have my fucking glasses on, because I think they are great. I also like that they google themselves and after a few months they figure out some weird DrunkenStepfather has done a post on them and they email me asking me to take shit down, or to stop calling them sex workers, because I am a guilty until proven innocent kind of guy, and I guess so is the rest of the world….you call out a rich guy for being a pervert and he gets blacklisted…his career ends…without any actual trial….I call girls who get naked sex workers until proven otherwise…it is only fair…and I am all about what is fair…that is why I should be your next Superior Court Judge….I’ve never touched a woman inappropriately who would remember my name. T he tobacco industry’s scheme to get Black people addicted to menthol cigarettes was highlighted in “ Black Lives/Black Lungs ,” a new documentary about the dangers of the flavored smokes, the Spokane Spokesman reported. Nine out of 10 Black smokers prefer menthol cigarettes, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention . Filmmaker Lincoln Mondy , 23, examined the menthol cigarette advertising blitz that began since the 1950s. As a bi-racial child, Mondy said he noticed his White relatives tended to smoke non-menthol cigarettes and used chewing tobacco. On the other side of the family, his Black relatives used menthol cigarettes exclusively. Sen. Ed Markey calling for ban on menthol cigarettes, arguing tobacco ads target African-Americans. https://t.co/8KQ0ngBeCr pic.twitter.com/70hFiZFzG6 — WBZ Boston News (@cbsboston) August 26, 2017 The tobacco industry’s strategy included giving money to Black politicians, scholarships to African-American students and support for Black cultural events, Mondy’s film also revealed. The consequences have been devastating. African-Americans die from diseases related to tobacco use at a higher rate than Whites, even though Blacks smoke fewer cigarettes and start smoking at an older age than White people do, according to the CDC. Cigarette makers are not the only industry under fire for targeting the Black community. Earlier this year, two pastors from the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit in D.C. Superior Court against Coca-Cola and the American Beverage Association, CBS News reported. According to the ministers, the soda industry shares a huge part of the responsibility for the diabetes epidemic that has swept through minority communities because the industry targets African-Americans and Hispanics. Pay Day Plucked Away: Judge Tosses $417M From Woman Claiming Baby Powder Gave Her Ovarian Cancer

Getty Images $417 Million Award Thrown Out In Baby Powder Case A judge on Friday tossed out a $417 million jury award to a woman who claimed she developed ovarian cancer by using Johnson & Johnson talc-based baby powder for feminine hygiene. Eva Echeverria alleged Johnson & Johnson failed to adequately warn consumers about talcum powder’s potential cancer risks–she used the company’s baby powder on a daily basis beginning in the 1950s until 2016 and was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in 2007, according to court papers. Echeverria developed ovarian cancer as a “proximate result of the unreasonably dangerous and defective nature of talcum powder,” she said in her lawsuit. Though she before was decided a winner in the case and was to be awarded $417 Million, but now Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Maren Nelson granted Johnson & Johnson’s request for a new trial. The company sayid there were errors and jury misconduct in the previous trial that ended with the award two months ago. Nelson also ruled that there wasn’t convincing evidence that Johnson & Johnson acted with malice and the award for damages was excessive. The decision will be appealed even though Echeverria has passed away, said her attorney, Mark Robinson Jr. Her attorney contended that documents showed that Johnson & Johnson knew about the risks of talc and ovarian cancer for three decades. “Ovarian cancer is a devastating disease — but it is not caused by the cosmetic-grade talc we have used in Johnson’s Baby Powder for decades. The science is clear and we will continue to defend the safety of Johnson’s Baby Powder as we prepare for additional trials in the U.S.,” a spokeswoman for Johnson & Johnson Carol Goodrich said in a statement. Similar allegations have led to hundreds of lawsuits against the New Jersey-based company. Jury awards against the company so far have totaled hundreds of millions of dollars. Another similar case on Tuesday resulted in a Missouri court throwing out a $72 million award to the family of an Alabama woman who has died, ruling that the state wasn’t the proper jurisdiction for such a case. The court cited a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in June that placed limits on where injury lawsuits could be filed, saying state courts cannot hear claims against companies not based in the state where alleged injuries occurred.

Step-Daddy Duties: Stephen Belafonte Files For Visitation Rights For Mel B’s Kid With Eddie Muphy

WENN Stephen Belafonte Needs Visitation Of Step-Daughter In Divorce Stephen Belafonte filed paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court amid his divorce war with the Mel B . Belafonte claims he’s the de facto dad to Mel B’s daughter with Eddie Murphy, so he made a formal request for stepparent visitation on Friday. In his declaration to the court, Belafonte notes that he started dating Mel B when her daughter with Murphy was only one month old. He has spent the last decade raising the child as his own, and because of this, he argued for future visitation. The 10-page declaration states, “By all intents and purposes, I am Angel’s father.” “I believe my request for stepparent visitation is in Angel’s best interests, as Angel has been accustomed to spending time with me and sees me as the only father figure in her life,” he said. Belafonte presented proof of this with the fact that Angel calls him “daddy” and also tells him via text messages that she loves him. He says that there is no financial motivation, and his only desire with the divorce is to not hurt his step-daughter.
