Ty Dolla $ign is in some legal hot water. The singer might be going to “prison prison” after being indicted on multiple felony drug charges. The singer was indicted with three counts, Possession of cocaine, possession of THC, and possession of marijuana. The Paranoid singer could face up to 15 years in prison for the charges. He was pulled over earlier this year in in Fulton County, GA where drug laws are way stiffer than Cali. One of the singer’s reps told TMZ…”[Ty] understands from his attorney Steve Sadow that the indictment in Fulton County, Georgia is merely the next mandatory procedural step in the process of resolving Ty’s case in that particular criminal justice system, and one more step closer to finally bringing this matter to a close. It was expected by Ty’s legal counsel and came as no surprise whatsoever.” The rep added, “Ty maintains his innocence and there is no indication to the contrary. Source: Kevin Mazur / Getty Beyoncé launched a copyright infringement lawsuit two years ago against a Texas clothing line that used her name to hawk products. It appears now that both sides are working on a settlement in the matter. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Beyoncé is requesting a hearing scheduled for November 1 to be adjourned. The singer explains, “The parties have met and conferred regarding settlement and are currently involved in advanced negotiations that the parties anticipate will resolve this matter shortly.” Beyoncé says she does not expect the case with the owners of Feyonce to go to trial after all. The settlement talks come just weeks after a federal judge shut down the pop superstar by denying her motion for an injunction against Feyonce, in the case that has dragged on for years. The outlet adds that the judge in the matter does not freely accept Beyoncé’s assertion that people buying Feyonce products would be confused by the two brands and assume she has anything to do with endorsing those products. The Feyonce owners say they never once used images of the singer, nor have they attempted to frame themselves as connected to that brand. AdamKaz/GettyImages Georgia Government Officials Shut Down Bus Transporting Black Seniors To Early Vote This is really something. Government officials in Jefferson County, GA had some 40 Africa-American elders disembark from a bus run by the group Black Voters Matter, which was taking them to cast votes early on Monday. According to AJC reports , the bus was readying to leave a senior center operated by Jefferson County when the center’s director told the group they’d have to get off the bus because a county clark had called voicing concerns. “We knew it was an intimidation tactic,” LaTosha Brown, co-founder of Black Voters Matters said Tuesday. “It was really unnecessary. These are grown people.” Tuesday Jefferson County’s administrator said the county government considered the event at the senior center “political activity,” which isn’t allowed during county-sponsored events — but Black Voters Matter is a nonpartisan group. Apparently the county government considered the event political because Jefferson County Democratic Party Chairwoman Diane Evans helped organize it, County Administrator Adam Brett said in a statement. “Jefferson County administration felt uncomfortable with allowing senior center patrons to leave the facility in a bus with an unknown third party,” Brett said. “No seniors at the Jefferson County senior center were denied their right to vote.” Does that sound like BS to you? Cuz it does to us. Brown says Black Voters Matter received permission in advance to have the event at the senior center. The event was intended to encourage seniors to vote but when some of the seniors asked whether they could ride the bus to an early-voting location, Black Voters Matter agreed to take them. Evans said that during the event, the senior citizens got excited about voting even danced by the bus while “Say It Loud — I’m Black and Proud” by James Brown blasted through the speakers. Things literally went south after someone saw the bus– which is painted with the words “The South is Rising Tour” and called county government offices, which in turn led to the phone call from the county clerk to the senior center. After being asked to leave the bus, the senior citizens agreed to part ways with the ride and vote later. “It was discouraging that they weren’t able to vote,” said Evans, who was on the bus. “When they’re suppressing votes, they’re going to come up with any kind of excuse about what your problem is.” Evans argued that the event wasn’t political and that none of the organizers advocated for any one candidate. She added that her involvement in the event was in her capacity as a private citizen, pastor and community leader, not as the chairwoman of the county’s Democratic Party. Despite this small setback Monday, Brown says she’s confident that all the seniors will have their votes count this election. “The seniors were so resolved. They said: ‘We’re going to vote. Nobody’s going to stop us,’ ” Brown said. “It wasn’t the first time someone has denied them or tried to prevent them from voting.” ThinkProgress first reported the incident Monday . We have to be vigilant and make ever incident like this known to the public. Black votes have been disenfranchised since this country’s beginning. This nation will never be great if all of its citizens are not allowed their rights.

Last year, reports claimed that LeBron James was “unhappy” about Cavs teammate Tristian Thompson’s relationship with Khloe Kardashian. Right now, Jenelle Evans is possibly in the hottest water she’s ever been in. It’s true: this might finally be the time that she faces some consequences for her actions. For all the times she’s been arrested — the assault charges, the drug charges, everything — she’s always managed to get out of trouble somehow. But this time, considering the seriousness of the case against her and the way things are turning out so far, her luck may be running out. About time, right? To recap, Nathan Griffith’s mother, Doris Davidson, went to court at the beginning of this month to file for emergency custody of Jenelle’s son with Nathan , Kaiser. According to the claims Doris made in the court documents for the case, Jenelle is still using drugs — so much that when she gave birth to Ensley, the poor little baby tested positive for marijuana. Another big issue is that she says Kaiser is being neglected when he’s with Jenelle. As evidence, she claims that one day she pulled up to her house and saw the then two-year-old playing outside all by himself. In a particularly horrifying section of those documents, Doris also says that Jenelle’s fiancé, David Eason, has been abusive to the little boy. She claims that on one occasion, Kaiser told her that David had punched him, and he mimed a blow to the head, over and over. Obviously, if any of this is true then Jenelle definitely needs to be held accountable. But as Teen Mom 2’s biggest trainwreck claimed in a statement of her own … well, to be honest, we’re not sure exactly what Jenelle is trying to claim here. “Our lawyers are talking today,” she said in a statement to E! News made yesterday. “Doris made accusations but I can tell you that Barbara has a lot to do with them.” Oh, so it’s Barbara’s fault? We should’ve seen that one coming . “Doris threw her own son under the bus by admitting that he has pending felonies and possibly on drugs. Her emergency filing was against me and Nathan both,” she continued. We’re not sure what this has to do with anything — wouldn’t this be a sign of Doris’ good intentions, that she’s even willing to take custody of Kaiser from her own troubled son? “I can tell you that they are allegations, mostly driven by my mom,” Jenelle concluded. “Our lawyers are working out a new agreement.” Why would they be working out a new agreement if these are just “allegations”? Interestingly enough, the original version of this statement concluded with Jenelle saying something about how Doris hadn’t won emergency custody, “and that says it all.” Wonder why she wanted that changed? Possibly because while Doris wasn’t immediately given custody of Kaiser, a court date has been set. According to Nathan, anyway. In a statement he made on Twitter, he asked someone, presumably Jenelle, to “please stop lying.” “My mom never said I was possibly on drugs, I never have been,” he wrote. “Plus, the court case is set Oct. 2.” This is just getting juicier and juicier, huh? If we can believe Nathan, Jenelle will be facing yet another custody battle in less than a month — which seems pretty fast, considering how drawn out her battle for Jace was . Could that be because this situation is a little more dire, considering Kaiser could be in danger? Whatever happens, it’s pretty darn interesting that in Jenelle’s statement, she never outright denied the allegations against her. She did refer to them as “allegations,” but why wouldn’t she say something like “of course I don’t abuse my son,” or “I never did drugs while pregnant”? Wouldn’t statements like those hold more weight than blaming her mother for literally no reason? There are so many questions, but so few answers. We’ve been hearing report after report about Kim Kardashian’s mystery surrogate pretty much all summer long. And goodness, what a fun time it has been. We’ve heard that the surrogate is pregnant, and that she’ll be giving birth to Kim and Kanye’s third child sometime in January. We’ve even heard that the next Kimye baby will be another girl . Thanks to the latest report about this woman carrying the next spawn of Kimye , we even know that she’s in her twenties, and she’s a mother to two of her own children. And while many of these reports have come from credible sources, neither Kim nor Kanye have personally discussed the matter. Or at least they hadn’t! Kim is currently in New York for Fashion Week, and while she was at an event, she decided to confront the rumors for the first time. “I’ve definitely seen a lot of things, we’ve never confirmed anything,” she told E! News. “So, I think when we’re ready to talk about it we will, and I think it’s super invasive when people are just … So many details out there, and like I’ve never heard this, I’ve never heard this.” “Like, whatever,” she added. “We have not confirmed it, and that’s that. I’ll let you know when we’re ready.” Even though Kim repeats that they haven’t confirmed the story yet, her statement is actually a confirmation all on its own, right? After all, she says that all the reports have been “super invasive,” which is kind of fair, but why would she say that if the reports were completely made up? Also, she closes the matter by saying “I’ll let you know when we’re ready,” which sounds to us like something is going on, but she’s not ready to open up about it yet. We know that Kim was desperate to get pregnant with her and Kanye’s third child, but it simply wasn’t able to happen — or it was seriously unsafe — thanks to all the health problems that have come with her pregnancies . In earlier episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, she’s also admitted how scary it would be for her to trust someone else with something as precious as her baby. So maybe this is kind of a tough situation for her, you know? That would make sense. Maybe she wants to be 100% sure that things are going well, and that her surrogate won’t cause any issues before acknowledging the situation.
