Source: WENN / WENN Over the course of his basketball career, Kevin Garnett has amassed millions and he’s trying to hold on to his coin in the wake of a pending divorce . After his estranged wife filed for divorce last July, Garnett recently filed documents to avoid having to pay her spousal support. The Blast reports : As The Blast first reported, KG’s wife, Brandi Padilla, filed for divorce last July. In her filing, she asked for physical custody of the couple’s two children and for the court to award her spousal support. KG filed his response on Monday, where he is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the kids. He is also asking the court to terminate spousal support for Brandi, citing a prenup the couple signed a month before the marriage. The couple did agree on the date of separation — they both listed “TBD” — and the reason for the split, irreconcilable differences. Garnett and Padilla married in 2004 with the outlet noting that KG skipped the Athens Olympic Games to do so. — Photo: WENN

Chris Bosh Wins Court Battle With Mom Over Home Eviction

Source: FayesVision/WENN.com / WENN Chris Bosh entered into some court drama with his mother, Freida Bosh, after he attempted to evict her from a Texas home he owned. Bosh was countersued by his mother for forcing the eviction, but a judge sided with the former Miami Heats star in the matter. The Blast reports : As The Blast first reported, Freida Bosh sued her son Chris accusing him of backing out of his promise to keep a roof over her head for life. She accused him of having her sign away the deed without her knowledge. Freida sued to stop Chris from evicting her and sought unspecified damages. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge in the case came back with his decision and sided with the NBA star. After hearing arguments from sides, the judge granted Bosh’s motion to dismiss the entire case. The home, which is located in a suburb of Dallas, was the target of a drug raid last December. — Photo: WENN

Peter Thomas Wanted For Questioning In Bar Fight Case Is Peter Thomas about to join his friend Apollo Nida in the slammer? After a patron at his Sports One bar and lounge claimed that Peter tossed him into a table earlier this month, Peter denied the charges. However, cops aren’t so sure that the case is cut and dried… Via TMZ : Peter Thomas isn’t in the clear for an alleged bar brawl in his Charlotte sports bar — investigators want to have a sit down with him to get his side of the story. Cops issued a criminal summons on Monday for the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star. As we first reported, Brandon Link claimed Peter attacked him during a business meeting at Sports One, which Peter and Cynthia Bailey own. Link claims Peter threw him into a table … but Peter claims Brandon was belligerent and only injured himself by slipping on ice outside the bar. Cops responded, and made no arrests but they continue to investigate. Peter has not been charged with any crime. We’re told he will be served the summons in the next few days. Any of you ladies planning on welcoming the pastor back ? Mase’s Divorce From His Wife Is Finalized According to TMZ reports : Mase and his estranged wife have finally settled their divorce, TMZ has learned,and while Mase won’t have physical custody of his kids … he did win back custody of his rap gear. As we first reported, Mase and Twyla Betha pulled the plug on their marriage back in April — after several false starts — with both sides wanting physical custody of their two kids … but Mase caved. Mase won’t be a stranger to his kids … he gets “reasonable visitation” of up to three hours a day as long as he gives 12 hours advance notice. Mase was ordered to fork over $6,000/month for child and spousal support. For her part Twyla must return ALL of Mase’s musical equipment. We wish she wouldn’t. This means that at some point in the near future we’ll have to endure is terrible rap music. SMH.

You won’t believe this, but there’s drama on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills set. A new report claims that Lisa Vanderpump recently got into a major blowup with Kyle and Kim Richards while filming and has told producers she wants the siblings off the series. A source tells Radar Online that the claws “came out early when Lisa and [ Brandi Glanville ] confronted Kyle and hubby Mauricio Umansky and made catty comments about their marriage.” The diss “came out of nowhere,” according to the mole, leaving Kyle “stunned.” “Lisa has made it known she wants Kyle and Kim off of the show,” alleges this Real Housewives insider . “She wanted to be the last original housewife on the show.” And such a move isn’t new for Vanderpump. “Lisa did the same thing to Adrienne Maloof last season,” Radar adds. “She gets Brandi to do all of her dirty work. Lisa is a master manipulator, and now that she is no longer BFF’s with Kyle, she has no use for her and wants her gone.” Or she’s just following the Bravo script. Either one.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries: 100%, Truly, Seriously, Legally Over!

It’s all over for Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries. Really. Seriously. Truly. 100% legally. FINALLY. About six weeks after their divorce case was settled in court, a judgment was entered last night in Los Angeles Superior Court to put the final nail in this seemingly never-ending coffin. People first reported the news, which was the very last legal hurdle for the estranged couple. Terms were not disclosed, though Kim and Kris did sign a prenuptial agreement and sources had previously said he will receive none of his demands . Kardashian, of course, has moved on with Kanye West and is expecting a baby next month. Humphries just continues to suck, both on the basketball court and off.
