Pete Davidson To Kanye West: “Being Mentally Ill Is Not An excuse To Be a Jackass”

Read the original:

Source: Supplied by WENN.com / WENN Pete Davidson has had enough. The Saturday Night Live comedian read Kanye West the riot act about last week’s off the cuff, ill-informed post-show pro-Trump speech by the rapper.  In a serious but acerbically comical tone, Ariana Grande’s boyfriend tore Yeezy a new one while on the “Weekend Update” segment of Saturday’s (Oct. 6) episode. Davidson refuted Yeezy’s claim that he was bullied about wearing the MAGA hat, explained why he shouldn’t wear the hat, detailed why he shouldn’t speak about politics, urged him to actually take his medication and more. But perhaps the most poignant comment was when Davidson said, “Being mentally ill is not an excuse to act like a jackass, okay?” Where is the lie? Watch the segment below. Hopefully, someone passes the message on to Kanye West since he is now off social media , again. Pete dropped by the Weekend Update desk to talk about last week’s musical guest, Kanye West. #SNL pic.twitter.com/LFzJJFTnbV — Saturday Night Live – SNL (@nbcsnl) October 7, 2018

Pure Comedy: Travis Scott Is Surprisingly Good At Guessing Jamba Juice Flavors [Video]

You Can’t Stump Travis Scott In A Jamba Juice Taste Test Travis Scott is making his first appearance as the musical guest for Saturday Night Live this weekend, so in preparation for his highly-anticipated performances, it was a no-brainer that the rapper had to stop by The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon . If you’re a fan of Travis Scott–or even if you’re not and you’ve just listened to the radio at all within the last couple months–you’re familiar with his track “Sicko Mode.” On the song, the Houston rapper has some lines about Jamba Juice which Fallon brought attention to during the interview. Here are the lyrics in question: “Now it’s 4 AM and I’m back up poppin’ with the crew I just landed in, Chase B mix this pop like Jamba Juice Different colored chains, think my jeweler really sellin’ fruits” Travis admits that his girl Kylie Jenner is a huge fan of the smoothie giant, and turned him onto their drinks once they got together. Here’s where the fun comes in: Jimmy suggests that since Scott claims to be such a big fan of the drinks, they should do a taste test to see how well he really knows them–to which Travis obliges. The host places 3 cups on the table all numbered from 1 to 3. One-by-one, he passes Travis the drinks for him to identify without knowing what’s actually in them. If you didn’t expect the rapper to be good at identifying unknown Jamba Juice flavors, you’re in for a huge surprise. And when the show ups the ante with two separate juice flavors mixed into one concoction, you’ll be even more caught off guard. Travis also teases earlier on in his interview that he may or may not be involved in a couple sketches during his Saturday Night Live stint this weekend, and if this video is any indication, it’s going to be a great time.

Leading up to the International Day Of The Girl, this day will be full of workshops to empower girls and women with the necessary tools and advice to be and feel their best selves. To make it even stronger, American Eagle is also supporting and powering this event too! The workshops will include things like: Skin Deep – Exploring Your Beauty Identity, More Like Me – Expanding Representation in Media & Entertainment, Girl Redefined – Challenging Gender Stereotypes, From “The Gram” To The Ground – Stepping Into Your Role As A Body Positive Ally. Even though the event is only one day, the message and purpose will continue on through an ongoing community Dove has created via Facebook. You can join and keep up with all the action, here . This will be a place for girls’ and women that want to connect with each other and get inspired to take action. You’re next co-leader could be waiting for you in this group!
