An active shooter went on a rampage inside a Chicago hospital on Monday evening, ultimately killing four and injuring an undetermined amount of others. According to ABC 7 , three people were murdered in the shooting, including the ER doctor that had previously been engaged to the shooter, a Chicago police officer, and a pharmaceutical worker at Mercy Hospital on the South Side of Chicago. The shooter was also killed by police gunfire. The gunman has been identified as 32-year-old Juan Lopez. His shooting spree began in the hospital’s parking lot, as he confronted Dr. Tamara O’Neal, the woman he had been engaged to that broke things off with him last September. There is no word on why the shooter entered the hospital and opened fire after killing his ex outside, but we will continue to monitor this story for further information. Also among those killed was officer Samuel Jiminez and 25-year-old pharmaceutical resident Dayna Less, who was also engaged and planning to travel back to her home of Indiana tomorrow for the Thanksgiving holiday. The winning Mega Millions ticket worth a nearly all-time record-breaking $1.537 billion was sold in South Carolina. The winning numbers were 5, 28, 62, 65, 70 and Mega Ball 5. If the winner who’s yet to be identified takes the lump cash payment that’s $877.8 million after taxes. If you live in Georgia, check your tickets. WSB TV reports that 20 $10,000 winners were sold in the state. The winning tickets were sold in Athens, Atlanta (2), Buford, Conyers, Fort Valley, Hinesville, Kennesaw, LaGrange, Marietta (2), Pooler, Rising Fawn, Sandy Springs, Savanah, Tallapoosa (2), Trenton, Villa Rica and Warner Robins. Additional winners were announced in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Michigan where tickets worth $1 million were sold.

S peculation was abounding over the next job move for President Trump ’s United Nations Ambassador Nikki Haley after her surprising resignation announcement Tuesday morning. Haley said she needed a break after serving six years as South Carolina governor and two years at the United Nations. President Trump and U.N. Where does she go now after her U.N. gig? Haley has already ruled out a 2020 presidential run. And she’s unlikely to challenge South Carolina’s Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham for his seat, according to The State . “I look forward to supporting the president in the next election,” she said at the press meeting, leaving the door open to perhaps a fulltime position with Trump’s re-election campaign. There was also many job opportunities in the White House, such as replacing White House Chief of Staff John Kelly . If that job doesn’t interest Haley, she could take over whatever projects Ivanka Trump has been working on in the White House. They would, in essence, replace each other—with Ivanka going to the United Nations. Haley has already penned one book, titled Can’t Is Not An Option . She may be planning to write another book—one that could pave the way for a 2024 presidential run. If she’s leaving her post under negative circumstances, there’s also the possibility of a tell all book about the Trump administration. Investigation Launched Into Strippers At South African Prison Looks like the corrections system is a LOT different overseas. For one, it seems they get the occasional perks …like shake-dancers on the yard, for instance. Photos have gone viral depicting several prisoners in a South African prison getting booty butt cheeks rubbed all over them while having recess. Thing is, the correctional facility in question apparently holds some of the worst offenders and most hardened criminals in South Africa. James Smalberger, the national commissioner of the Department of Correctional Services, admitted that the inmates do indeed get a celebration around this time of year…but professional booty-clappers were NOT a part of the agreement. Via CNN : “The pictures taken were of an event hosted in line with June Youth Month celebrations on the 21st of June, but the form of entertainment as depicted on social media was not approved and not in line with Correctional Services policies and procedures.” He assured that a full investigation was underway to figure out just whose bright idea it was to let the ladies deal dances on the prison yard.
