Source: photo: WENN We’re only a few days removed from the release of 2 Chainz’s latest LeBron James curated album Rap or Go To The League so of course you should expect visuals in support of the project from Tity Boi. Kicking off the work week with a video for “Money In The Way,” Chainz hops in a building elevator where he flaunts a gang of C-Notes while every floor in the building features different scenarios going down. Whether it’s a robbery Dead Presidents style or some heads breakdancing in some 80’s gear, this building is definitely not for anyone looking for a quiet setting. Further to the South, T-Pain returns with a clip for the O.T. Genasis assisted “A Million Times” where he finds himself going from a small gathering with some lady friends to a fantastic voyage in the refrigerator. Must’ve bought that fridge at the same place where that closet from Chronicles of Narnia came from. Source: Josiah Kamau / Getty Nicki Minaj Postpones European Tour Dates Over Technical Issues Nicki Minaj’s European tour is barely underway, and already, things aren’t going exactly as planned. Only one day after the Nicki WRLD Tour kicked off, the rapper was reportedly forced to cancel her Bratislava, Slovakia show due to electrical issues with the venue. According to reports from TMZ , the venue of the concert experienced several outages on Friday night and simply could not support the “technical aspects” of the tour’s set design. Eventually, Nicki ended up stepping onto the stage to personally break the news to her Barbz. “First of all, I f**kin’ love you,” she said to her crowd of adoring fans. “We’ve been trying for hours to get the show to work, and the building says they don’t have the power in this building to make this show work. I feel horrible because you guys have been here for hours, and they’ve been trying everything they possibly can.” Minaj went on to thank her fans for showing up and promised that she would return to give them the show they all paid for. TMZ also reports that Nicki spent hours walking around the venue to greet her attendees. The Queen rapper posted on Instagram about the incident, saying, “I’m so disappointed. Slovakia, I love you so much & I’ll do everything in my power to get back to you as soon as I can.” View this post on Instagram Gutted. Heart broken. I can’t believe my fans sometimes. After waiting for hours & hours, they still tried to be understanding. Production was told the building does not have the power to facilitate my lifts (which don’t only move me below & very VERY high above the stage, but also move all our props, furniture, dancers, band, etc.), our lighting rig, fog, cryo, confetti, movies/visuals. They’d get the show powered up then the breaker would basically trip after a few mins. Juice WRLD & I waited while they did this over & over for 3 hours. Some of my fans came from Austria, Nigeria, etc. I met w/a lot of them & they had the best, sweetest energy. I’m so disappointed. Slovakia, I love you so much & I’ll do everything in my power to get back to you as soon as I can. I think the venue/promo team probably didn’t expect a rap show to have such over the top production. We run the risk of someone getting hurt if we start the show & smthng malfunctions mid-show. Sorry we couldn’t have a great night together. We’ll be in Poland on Sunday @ a building that can facilitate our show. A post shared by Barbie® (@nickiminaj) on Feb 22, 2019 at 4:49pm PST The Nicki WRLD Tour is co-headlined by Juice WRLD and just began on Thursday night in Munich. The two rappers are expected to make stops in Berlin, Oslo, Paris, and London, before wrapping up the European leg late next month on March 28 in Geneva.
I would boycot, block and delete Rat Cow if she hadn’t blocked and deleted me first. I think her building out her own brand of bikinis and underwear is a smart strategy for her tits, because it’s building equity beyond an Instagram feed she only has from a music video she was lucky to be cast in and naked in… I would ignore her silly self promotion to make herself richer than she is with her scamming….but her tits that I assume are not real tits are just so good….unfortunately she hasn’t sorted out the belly button yet….garbage people doing garbage things….but having great tits throughout the process. Source: Michael Tran/FilmMagic / Getty Now isn’t this convenient… Colin Kaepernick Mural Destroyed In Atlanta A mural dedicated to Colin Kaepernick in Atlanta was conveniently demolished during Super Bowl weekend. An abandoned building on the corner of Atlanta’s Fair Street and Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard that featured a Kaepernick mural was torn down just days before today’s Big Game. The mural which was widely popular and dubbed “Kaeplanta” showed Colin Kaepernick wearing an Atlanta Falcons jersey and standing next to Muhammad Ali who was dressed as T’Challa in Black Panther. The artist behind the mural Fabian Williams spoke with The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and expressed his disappointment. Moreover, he wondered about the coincidental timing of a mural of a former NFL star who kneeled in protest during the national anthem, being torn down during Super Bowl LIII weekend. “I figured at some point they would tear the building down, but it has been sitting up this whole time,” Williams said. “The fact that the Super Bowl happens here and the weekend when the festivities are gearing up, the building gets demolished is very odd.” We’d have to agree—why NOW is the building being torn down??? Fabian’s since responded with an artistic movement. Instead of watching today’s big game, he and his muralist friends are painting Kaepernick murals all around the city. He’s deemed the cause #Kaeperbowl and he’s accepting donations for the 7 murals he personally plans to do himself. Right on. We stand with #Kaeperbowl.

Email Submit Regardless of what the proper number is for you (determine that with your doctor, based on your lifestyle and overall health), tracking our protein can be tough but they make up the building blocks of…well…everything. Every organ and bone in your body needs protein. Here are signs you may be low on protein. 1. Low immunity Protein plays a big role in building antibodies. If you’re low on antibodies, then your immunity will decline, and you’ll have a hard time fighting off viruses. Should you find yourself catching more colds than usual, low protein could be at play. 2. Joint pain When you’re low on protein, your muscle fluid may begin breaking down. Once again, your body is pulling that protein to the essential organs. When this occurs, you can experience more joint pain. 3. Nails breaking Do you find your nails breaking? Do they feel soft, bending quicker when you push on them? Protein makes up your nails, so when you’re low on it, you’ll notice that your nails crack, chip, and break easily. 4. Hair thinning When you are low on protein, your body actually reduces hair growth in order to conserve protein for other jobs. That’s why you can find your hair thinning if you don’t get enough of this important nutrient. 5. Your fat to muscle ratio Have you been looking or feeling flabby, even though the scale says you’ve actually lost weight? That could be because, due to low protein, you’re losing muscle mass. 6. You’re tired Protein plays a role in hemoglobin production, which transports oxygen through the body. If you don’t have enough of it, you’re bound to feel constantly tired. 7. You’re craving sugar When you don’t eat enough protein—which can keep your blood sugar stable—your body may crave sugar for an instant blood sugar boost. 8. Your fingers and toes blow up By blow up we mean expand. Having enough protein keeps fluid from pooling in our extremities (hands and feet). If you’re low on it, you may find these parts of your body swelling. 9. You feel faint Low protein makes for thinner blood and that means a drop in blood pressure. If you find yourself feeling light headed often, you may be low in protein. 10. Flaky skin Your skin is one of your largest organs and protein is the building block of it. If your skin has been flaky lately, it could be a sign it doesn’t have the proteins it needs to create new cells. Police are calling the crime “senseless”. According to NY Daily News , the man barricaded himself inside the building before surrendering to a SWAT team, authorities said. Zephen Xaver, 21, called 911 just after noon to report that he’d fired shots inside the SunTrust Bank. Unfortunately, negotiations failed to persuade the barricaded man to leave the building. The identities of the victims weren’t immediately released, and investigators didn’t offer an official motive. The SWAT team then entered the bank, and the gunman eventually gave up, police said. He was arrested without injury. “Today’s been a tragic day in our community,” Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund told a news conference. “We’ve suffered significant loss at the hands of a senseless criminal doing a senseless crime.” In case you’re curious, here’s a link to his mugshot . Source: Toshi Sasaki / Getty Two Lawsuits Call Out Staff Members By Name Some horrible and shady things seem to be coming to light for a juvenile detention center in New York. According to New York Daily New s , supervisors and staff at the Horizon Juvenile Center were accused in a lawsuit of coercing teens to perform sex acts with them. The suit was filed on behalf of Franklyn Malonado, a teen who spent 2010 through 2014 in and out of Horizon. At the detention center, which holds 10 to 15-year-olds in Mott Haven, supervisors allegedly participated in “grooming” teen boys and girls to have sex with Horizon employees in exchange for things like smuggled booze, cigarettes and food. Former administrative director of residential child care, Tahia Dennis, was one of the supervisor named in the suit. Weeks after being named, Dennis ordered the shredding of internal documents. The content of the documents is unknown, but they could possibly link staff to the alleged abuse. Fortunately, the documents didn’t get destroyed and according to City Administration for Children’s Services (ACS), they were seized by management and sent to a locked warehouse. The situation was then referred to the city Department of Investigation. The lawsuit described graphic details of the alleged abuse. In one instance, a female counselor was found naked on top of a teenager in his cell. Malonado says that same counselor told him she would make sure he didn’t face disciplinary actions if he “took care of her needs.” Initially, Malonado’s suit was filed in August of 2017 and it didn’t include names. However, in September of that year, Maldonado’s lawyer, Vik Pawar, filed an updated lawsuit that listed the names of supervisors, including Dennis. Twelve days later, Dennis sent out an email to the detention center’s tour commander and overseer of counselors, writing, “Please begin immediately to shred old paperwork and files that you might have since the building opened. Thank You.” A former employee at Horizon said the documents were shredded soon after the email was sent out, however a spokeswoman for the ACS, Chanel Caraway, told Daily News that none of the records were shredded. “This was part of a routine shredding of duplicate documents, but these documents were never actually shredded and have been stored in a secure location the entire time,” Caraway said. “However, the matter was referred to DOI upon learning of it.” A second lawsuit was filed in May of 2018 accusing certain Horizon staff members of sexual abuse. Miguel Smith, a teen who was at Horizon between 2013 and 2015, said that Dennis and another supervisor would “stand guard” while a female counselor had sex with him. Pawar is representing Smith as well, and he questions the claim that the email shredding order was apart of a routine task. “It says ‘from the beginning’ so they’ll be hard-pressed to explain that they’ve been doing this (shredding) going back,” Pawar said. “I think they’re hiding stuff. I think they got caught with their pants down and they were destroying evidence.” A new ACS commissioner had been appointed since all the alleged abused took place and he said he “ordered a top-to-bottom overhaul of leadership and practices at Horizon.” Meanwhile, the investigation of the staff in the lawsuits continues.

Source: Getty / Getty It’s not often that we laugh at the unhappiness of others—but let’s face it, anyone who’s sane is a little bit amused when Trump doesn’t get his way. He seems to feed off the misery of our nation , so any setback for no. 45 is ten steps forward for mankind. Most recently, Trump was accused of attempting to impede on CNN Journalist Jim Acosta ‘s first amendment rights. After going back and forth with Acosta, and quite frankly throwing a tantrum because Acosta was asking real questions, Trump had his White House press credentials revoked. “I think you should let me run the country, you run CNN, and if you did it well your ratings would be much better,” Trump told Acosta at the time . He followed up with, “CNN should be ashamed of itself having you working for them. You are a rude, terrible person. You shouldn’t be working for CNN,” Trump said. “You’re a very rude person. The way you treat Sarah Huckabee is horrible and the way you treat other people are horrible.” Oh, the comedy. But, guess what? A judge has officially ordered the White House to restore Jim Acosta’s press credentials, based on the journalist’s fifth amendment rights. Huffington Post states: “CNN’s victory was in response to a temporary restraining order asking for the immediate restoration of Acosta’s press pass. Its broader lawsuit concerns whether the White House’s decision to revoke his press pass was unconstitutional. U.S. District Judge Timothy J. Kelly, who was appointed by President Donald Trump last year, said CNN’s attorneys were likely to prevail in their argument that the White House had violated Acosta’s and the network’s First and Fifth Amendment rights. Kelly said he did not decide whether the White House violated the First Amendment, relying primarily on the Fifth Amendment in saying that Acosta’s and CNN’s right to due process was likely violated because the White House process for revoking his press pass was ‘shrouded in mystery.’” According to the site, Judge Kelly also cited “irreparable harm” to Acosta. Acosta will reportedly get his press pass back temporarily, “while the full lawsuit proceeds.” CNN said in a statement, “ We are gratified with this result and we look forward to a full resolution in the coming days. Our sincere thanks to all who have supported not just CNN, but a free, strong and independent American press.” While the White House still seems to be framing this as some sort of win , since the ruling was not based on first amendment rights, we bet Trump’s pissed he may have to spar with Acosta again…hit the flip to see how we imagined his face looking when he heard the news. Plus, a happy and victorious Acosta here . Hehe.
