He also spoke about an alleged video that could have shown him hitting the victim with a bottle but A$AP claims that video doesn’t exist because he didn’t use the bottle as a weapon. via TMZ Rocky took the stand and admitted he and his crew “jumped” the alleged victim … but only after they threw punches at his bodyguard. The attorneys focused on a bottle A$AP was holding as he tried to stave the alleged victim away. He insisted, “I didn’t break any bottles,” but conceded his crew picked up bottles to “get them out of there.” He also said, “You got to realize my life is very unique and particular. I’ve been stabbed in the face and my home has been robbed at gunpoint twice. That’s why I have security.” This was in response to why he picked up the bottle. Rocky said his bodyguard tried various “tactics” to get the 2 guys away, to no avail. He says his bodyguard was trying to protect him but insists he didn’t “beat up the alleged victim.” TMZ posted video where you see the bodyguard pick the alleged victim up by his neck. Source: SOPA Images / Getty Los Angeles Man Accused Of Assaulting Girl He Met on Tinder Felony charges were filed against a 21-year-old man on Friday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 12 year-old girl he met through Tinder . Sean Michael Rickard has been charged with three counts of lewd acts with a minor younger than 14 and one count each of distributing pornography to a minor with the intent to engage in sexual conduct and luring a child with the intent to commit a specified crime. Rickard is currently being held on $100,000 bail and is scheduled to be arraigned sometime on Friday in the Santa Ana jail courtroom. A charter school student in Santa Ana, California, saw the alleged victim get into a car with an adult man Wednesday and snapped a photo that she showed her mother, Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bertagna said. “She told her mom she thought it was weird, so the mom did the right thing and contacted the school and the school did the right thing and contacted us,” Bertagna said. Police determined who the girl was and began investigating Rickard. The two met through the Tinder app about eight months ago, after the girl claimed to be 19 years old, according to Rickard. A few weeks ago, before they would meet in person, she confided that she was 12 “and he didn’t care,” Bertagna alleged. On Wednesday, Rickard allegedly drove the girl to a parking lot in Santa Ana, where they engaged in sexual acts. After police began investigating the Anaheim man, they communicated with the suspect through the girl’s phone, pretending to be the alleged victim. Rickard sent a video of himself masturbating, and when he agreed to a meeting, the officers were there to arrest him, according to Bertagna.
We have been spared any major news about Jen Harley and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro for about a month now. Having just checked our archives, we haven’t written about this tumultuous twosome in weeks. It was a nice break, especially because now that we check back in on the roller coaster couple, we find out that… … they are as effed up as ever. On Wednesday morning, Harley jumped on her Instagram Stories and slammed her on-again, off-again boyfriend for his latest actions. Or his latest in actions, as the case appears to be. “I’m sorry but if you go away for 6 weeks to become a better boyfriend, father, person, etc to work on your family but you choose to cancel all of our plans on Valentine’s Day so you can appear on a dating show bc you need the money that bad over your family… “You’re a joke,” Jen wrote, asking: “How did you better anything?” We don’t know the exact context here. It sounds like maybe all was quiet on the Harley-Ronnie front because the two simply weren’t around one another — which does track, considering any time they are around each other, the insults (and sometimes even the fists) fly. We just scoured the Internet, however, and have no idea what dating show Jen is referring to here. “You continue to put us back in the same position by doing the same things that put us there in the first place,” she concluded in her message to Ronnie, laying the guilt on thick. The last time we heard from Harley, she was trashing Ronnie as a total narcissist and a freak . That remark came just two weeks after Harley and Ronnie posed with their baby daughter for some adorable Christmas photos… … and just days after they got into another very heated confrontation. The stars got into a major fight on New Year’s Eve, which concluded with Ronnie being accused of ransacking Harley’s home and and Harley being accused of hurling a glass ashtray at Ronnie . Ronnie shared multiple photos, such as the one below, of the facial wounds caused by this alleged act. This is pretty much how the relationship has gone for over a year now. But it’s more sad than entertaining simply because the pair welcomed a girl named Ariana in April. Despite this seemingly ugly and painful fight just over a month ago, apparently Ronnie and Harley were still together — based on her Instagram Stories quite and reference to their Valentine’s Day planned. Those have now been scrapped, however. And Jen is ready to move on. At least for the occasion of February 14, that is. “If any of my friends don’t have a date, I have an AMAZING day planned you can join me,” she later shared on Instagram Stories. “I was alone last vday to. So I’m really excited to do something special this year.” Extend the idea of spending Valentine’s Day without Ronnie to every day for the rest of her life without Ronnie… and this sounds like a good plan. Longtime family friend Caleb Williams has been accused of sexual assault of a minor. Now, according to a bombshell new report from Radar Online, Williams impregnated his victim while she was still in her teens. The site has obtained court documents pertaining to Williams’ November arrest, as well as the victim’s order of protection filing. The papers reveal that the victims’ mother testified in court and leveled a shocking allegation against Williams. According to the unidentified mother, Williams repeatedly had sex with his alleged victim when she was between the ages of 14 and 16 — and at one point, he got her pregnant. The mother says her daughter “was feeling terrible for 2 weeks and we ended up taking her into the ER in Lincoln to make sure it wasn’t her gall bladder.” When they finally went to the hospital both mother and daughter were met with shocking news: “Come to find out [the victim] was pregnant,” the mother said in court. “She told me she had been having sex with Caleb since she was 14 and he was 21,” The sexual relations allegedly continued until such time as Williams was 23 and the victim was 16. The victim’s mother claims that Williams used “very persuasive ways” in convincing her daughter to have sex with him. Court documents indicate that Williams told police the sex “was consensual” and that he “disappeared to Arkansas” following his November arrest. Though not a member of the Duggar clan, Caleb has maintained close ties to the family for many years. At one point, it was rumored that Williams was courting Jana Duggar , Jim Bob and Michelle’s oldest daughter. It now appears that either was not the case, or the courtship was extremely short-lived. He recently sat down with Rob Markman to talk about the music, but also to reveal his vulnerabilities. Future hasn’t been drinkin’ all the lean that you might think he does and he says he had a real difficult time deciding whether or not he wanted to tell his fans that he’s been double cup free. If he’s willing to be this open and honest then maybe this new album will give us a more intimate look at one of the biggest enigmas in rap.
