Brandi Padilla is seeking $190,000 per month in child and spousal support after filing for divorce last year . The Blast reports : As The Blast first reported, Garnett’s wife of 14 years, Brandi Padilla, filed for divorce last July. She is seeking physical custody of the former couple’s two kids, 10-year-old Kapri and 6-year-old Kavalli. In her original filing, Brandi said she wanted spousal and child support and in new court documents obtained by The Blast, she goes into detail about what she’s after. According to the docs, Brandi wants $46,000 a month in child support, estimating that she will have the kids 95% of the time. She’s also asking for another $146,000 in spousal support and then another $300,000 to cover her legal fees. Garnett has countered by requesting joint legal and physical custody and has cited a prenuptial agreement the pair signed before their marriage. — Photo: WENN

Jenni Farley Explodes at Roger Mathews, Accuses Husband of Abuse

Jenni Farley has gone off on Roger Mathews. The Jersey Shore star has shared a lengthy, emotional, candid and disturbing letter in which she claims her estranged husband abused her in a variety of verbal and physical ways. This letter comes about six weeks after Farley and Mathews got into such a confrontation that police were called and a restraining order was granted against the latter. A Brief History: Mathews and Farley got married in October of 2015. Their relationship has been chronicled on MTV’s Jersey Shore and its spinoff, Jersey Shore: Family Vacation. 2. They Share Two Kids 3-year-old named Meilani and a 2-year-old Greyson, the latter of whom has been diagnosed with Austism. 3. Roger Mathews, JWOWW Farley filed for divorce in September of 2018, citing “irreconcilable differences” on the papers that were entered into court in Ocean County, New Jersey. 4. Three Months Later… … Farley was granted a order of protection against Mathews after some sort of major fight that ended with the cops talking to both parties. 5. Mathews Then Laid Into Farley He recorded multiple Instagram videos in the wake of their split, blasting Farley while telling his side of the story. “My wife, earlier tonight, we had a disagreement because she’s leaving again tomorrow for work and promised my daughter that she would be hanging out with her all day, whereas my daughter has the flu,” he explained in one of them. 6. Blige hand out fades to some superhuman cats in Netflix’s upcoming series The Umbrella Academy and while it’s first trailer was a cool introduction to the cast and villains, it’s second trailer will certainly heighten anticipation for the show’s premiere next month. Based on the Dark Horse comic book series created by Gerald Way, the plot to The Umbrella Academy is certainly easy enough to follow for anyone not familiar with the story. On the same day in 1989, forty-three infants are inexplicably born to random, unconnected women who showed no signs of pregnancy the day before. Seven are adopted by a billionaire who creates The Umbrella Academy and prepares his “children” to save the world. Now, the six surviving members reunite upon the news of their father’s passing and must work together to solve a mystery surrounding his death. But the estranged family begins to come apart due to their divergent personalities and abilities, not to mention the imminent threat of a global apocalypse. What the synopsis doesn’t tell you is that the Queen of Hip-Hop soul is one half of an assassin duo that are hellbent on keeping the apocalypse date on schedule, and if that means bodying a superhuman or two, so be it. Source: Scott Dudelson / Getty Cardi B And Offset Seen Together In Puerto Rico “Firssssst of awllll, muthaf***asssss, ya awl mahhhh corny!” We imagine that Cardi B ‘s next Instagram live session will start something like that after the internet berates her for enjoying a family vacation with her d-distributing husband, Offset. According to TMZ , the estranged (?) couple were seen canoodling and laughing in Puerto Rico while they rode on a jet ski together. It appears that Offset is still in full “win-my-baby-back” mode, but we’ll see how long that lasts. Quality time aside, Cardi has a performance tonight in San Juan for the Electric Holiday festival. We can already hear Twitter arguing about whether or not this was all a publicity stunt, especially since Cardi dropped the “Money” video today . What say you? How much of this is fact and how much is fiction?

Marquise posted a photo of himself hanging with the son of Supreme Griff — the man who allegedly tried to get Fif killed and some say was responsible for the death of his mother. In true 50 fashion, he took to IG to throw shade at his estranged son, writing, “If both these little n***as got hit by a bus, I wouldn’t have a bad day.” But Marquise’s mom, Shaniqua Tompkins , wasn’t gonna let 50 publicly disrespect their son again. She responded on her Instagram story, “A n***a with money don’t mean s***….Ronald McDonald rich as f***…but still a clown.” Of course Fif didn’t let that slide. He replied, calling her a “bitter old b***h”.   Whew chile, if ain’t one beef, it’s another with 50 Cent. At least Ja Rule gets a break this week.

Apparently the insta-model is now not only seeing rapper Rich The Kid, but she’s living with him according to divorce documents filed by his estranged wife. According to TMZ , who obtained their divorce docs, Antonette Willis claims that Rich the Kid is an abusing, dirty dog. Allegedly, he forced his wife to have 3 abortions during their relationship to avoid having “anymore kids”. Right now they have two kids, a 1-year-old and 2-year-old. She also says she repeatedly caught him cheating and he frequently hit her after she confronted him — including a time she followed him and caught him going to a hotel with another woman. Yikes! Why even walk down the aisle???? Antonette says Rich not only kicked her to the curb, but she has zero income, and has been forced to move in with family back in Georgia. She’s asking for spousal and child support. Blige’s soon to be ex-husband has accused her of turning a profit on their divorce as he demanded more money from the singer as they continue to battle out in their acrimonious divorce. Isaacs filed paperwork last month accusing the “Real Love” singer of withholding his pay from his work as her personal manager on her “King & Queen of Hearts” tour. Isaacs said Blige currently owes him a total of $345,820, and he hasn’t seen a dime, according to court docs. Blige’s ex also claimed his estranged wife has used him as a punching bag in the press, and despite his “aggressive” efforts, he hasn’t been able to work since she fired him in July 2016. “In fact, petitioner has financially benefitted from this divorce because she used it as a platform to promote her new music, album and tour,” Kendu wrote in court papers which were obtained by BOSSIP. “Since the divorce was initiated, she has released at least two songs that have been dubbed her ‘divorce’ songs. The evidence will show that petitioner reaped a substantial profit from this divorce.” Isaacs, 49, doubled down on his claims that he’s entitled to half of her royalties, residuals and commissions that Mary earned from her music, film and TV work during their nearly 13-year marriage, according to his filing. Isaacs – who recently said the stress of the divorce put him in the hospital – also wants her to pay his attorney’s fees. A judge will now decide how much Isaac deserves when the case heads to trial in March. Isaacs has asked for $65,000 a month in alimony payments for the rest of his life. However, Mary has contended in court papers that the $30,000 a month that she’s already paying him is too much and accused him of misappropriating $420,000 on his mistress. Continue reading →

Just days after a judge tabled Kendu’s request for a spousal support increase, Mary has filed new court documents stating that she wants him to pay her nearly $6 million to help fix their financial woes. TMZ.com reports that they’re currently $11,622,614 in the hole. Much of that debt is owed to the IRS, and Mary said in the filings that she’s the only one shouldering this responsibility. In court documents, she’s now requesting $5,990,357 from Kendu to cover his half of the burden. Whether, she’ll get that money from him is anyone’s guess.
