The former Timberwolves player has a bone to pick with the mother of his son, actress Tae Heckard. The 29-year-old sounded off on Instagram to air out his grievances with Tae’s career and her age. Brandon is upset that the actress, 41, is considering getting a “Basketball Wives” check. He thinks she’s too old and needs to not be using him to get her career popping again. He wrote: “Why is my41-year-old baby mama trying [to] get on Basketball Wives. Ur not even a basketball wive. That’s not a real job.” Jennings continued, seemingly taking a shot at whoever Tae is dating these days: “Listen I’m old school. But how ya’ll nigga let women date go on tv and talk about they ex and baby daddies!!! That’s so weird to me.” You can see the post, HERE. Brandon and Tae dated circa 2014. In late 2015, they welcomed a baby boy and their relationship dissolved around the baby’s delivery date. SMH: Detroit Teenager Busted For Driving 138 MPH Because He Was ‘Late For Curfew’

Source: kolderal / Getty Teen Gets A Ticket For Driving 138 Down The Highway We’ve all been caught going above the speed limit when we’re running late to work or to an appointment–but sometimes you gotta know when to chill, and this Detroit teenager could use a lesson in chilling out for real. State police in Detroit caught one teenager doing the I-75 doing a whopping 138 mph in his 2012 Chevy. The 17-year-old was busted last Friday night around 8:45 p.m, zipping down the left lane of the highway near Holly Road. The teen was trying to get off on the exit, but was nabbed by a Michigan State Police trooper from the Metro North Post. “The driver … stated that he was traveling so fast and passing other cars and ducking in and out of lanes because he was late for his 9:30 p.m. curfew. The trooper gave the kid a break on the reckless driving charge, but he did earn a ticket for 138/70 and the SMH award,” police posted about the incident on Twitter. While police did not give out information about how much a speeding ticket for 68 mph over the limit will cost, but online sites listing Michigan prices show tickets for  26+ miles over the limit start at $155, then adding $4 per additional mile, so things could really get up there. Going more than 16 mph over the limit can also net you four points on your driver’s license, according to the Michigan Secretary of State.

Marquise posted a photo of himself hanging with the son of Supreme Griff — the man who allegedly tried to get Fif killed and some say was responsible for the death of his mother. In true 50 fashion, he took to IG to throw shade at his estranged son, writing, “If both these little n***as got hit by a bus, I wouldn’t have a bad day.” But Marquise’s mom, Shaniqua Tompkins , wasn’t gonna let 50 publicly disrespect their son again. She responded on her Instagram story, “A n***a with money don’t mean s***….Ronald McDonald rich as f***…but still a clown.” Of course Fif didn’t let that slide. He replied, calling her a “bitter old b***h”.   Whew chile, if ain’t one beef, it’s another with 50 Cent. At least Ja Rule gets a break this week.

Diddy’s Producer Owes Nearly $200K Towards Son’s Care Cops are set to arrest singer Mario Winans after he failed to surrender to law enforcement and attend to a court-ordered child support enforcement hearing to explain why he is still not supporting his tween son, BOSSIP has learned. The “I Don’t Wanna Know” singer was supposed to surrende r to law enforcement Wednesday and attend the hearing in Bergen County, NJ Family Court where he faced possible jail time. A judge had issued two warrants for his arrest after  he once again stopped supporting his 12-year-old son. “He’s a no-show,” a Bergen County court official told BOSSIP in the courtroom Wednesday. Winans is supposed to be paying $3,500 a month for his 12-year-old son’s care, but hasn’t consistently supported the boy since he was a baby, a source close to the situation told BOSSIP. Cops raided the former Bad Boy artist’s Fort Lee home back in September 2017 – where he lives with his wife and two other kids – for not paying for the boy. He posted $10,000 bail, which went towards the child support arrears, and the judge told Winans he had a week to pay the remaining balance of more than $170,000 or face jail time. But he apparently ignored the judge’s order, and the judge issued warrants for his arrest both in November and December. Winans has said that he’s making $3,000 a month – a fraction of what he once pulled in while on Bad Boy – and was two months behind on his rent and borrowing cash from his mother, gospel star Vicky Winans, in order to pay the bills. However, you’d never know Winans had any financial problems according to his Instagram account, where he poses with fancy cars and jewelry. It’s not clear how Winans’ fresh legal troubles will affect the terms of his sentence in his recent tax fraud case. The judge on that case, the Hon. Esther Salas, told him that she’d lock him up ASAP if he didn’t follow through on the terms of her judgment, which included paying both back and current support immediately. “The days of you putting things off are over, and if you do that, you are going to be saying goodbye to your kids,” the judge told Winans at his October sentencing hearing. We’ve reached out to Winan’s attorney, Aidan O’Connor, for comment.

Father Kills Teenage Son Due To Sexual Orientation A Henderson, Nevada man faces felony charges of murder, child abuse and firearms possession after shooting his own son dead last week. According to NBC News , 53-year-old Wendell Melton allegedly killed his child, 14-year-old Giovanni Melton, in the apartment where his teenage son was apparently living alone last Thursday. The boy’s former foster mother, Sonja Jones, reported to the news that Wendell refused to accept that his son was homosexual , and that was most likely the reason he entered the boy’s home and shot him dead. “He hated the fact that his son was gay. I’m sure that inside of his mind, he would rather have a dead son than a gay son.” Sonja stepped in as Giovanni’s foster mother, as the boy was “abused physically and mentally and spiritually for many, many years.” SMH. Abuse the boy for years, then murder him in his early teens because of who he is. If you ask us, Wendell Melton belongs UNDER the jail for this heartless act. Getty

Woman Sues Ex-Husband For Thousands After Leaving Her With A Pooch A woman from Manhattan’s lower east side is suing her ex, for 32 grand, after she says he neglected his responsibility to help with their precious english bull dog. Reportedly, when Sarah Bronilla and Joshua Rosen separated in 2012 after six years of marriage, Rosen, agreed he would pay Bronilla, $200 in monthly “dogimony”, she says in her Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit against him. Rosen also agreed to cover total food costs and half of the vet bills for Lola. Welp, he didn’t pay a dime. The Daily News is reporting that the deadbeat dog dad has skipped out on his obligations. Bronilla says she has had to cover $12,000 for upkeep, $18,000 for food and $2,335 for health costs for the pooch. Do you think she deserves to get her money or is this petty af??

A “source” close to Chyna is letting it be known in no-uncertain-terms that Rob will not be seeing much of his beloved daughter. “Of course she’s going to go for full custody,” the insider said about the three-month-old infant. “Dream is her child and she wants to have her all of the time. She can have supervised visits with Rob but Chyna is the main parent.” “She doesn’t think Rob can ever get his s**t together ,” the source squealed to Radar, explaining Chyna expressed her fears for the well-being of her daughter while Kardashian seemed so unstable. Although she might be right about Rob, Chyna knew she was taking on a project when she got with him in the first place. “She has told him he cannot be alone with the baby. Former Student Admits Killing Teacher He Impregnated And Their Toddler Son This story just keeps getting more twisted. Isaac Duran Infante, the student who fathered 4-year-old Miguel Barahona with former teacher Felicia Barahona, both found dead Monday, has admitted to killing them. The 23-year-old confessed killer came to Barahona’s Harlem apartment Christmas night intending to kill her, police sources told the NY Daily News. After knocking her to the floor and choking her with a telephone cord, Infante realized his son with Barahona had emerged from the bathroom. He then choked the boy to death, leaving his body in the bathtub before leaving the apartment and returning to his home in Bethlehem, Pa. Infante was seen arriving at the building and leaving about three hours later on video footage captured from a security camera at a neighboring apartment. He turned himself in to police after his sister showed them a photo of him in the same red hooded sweatshirt he’d worn that night. Police sources say the sweatshirt was left behind following the killings after Infante put on a scarf Barahona had once given him. Police say Infante was angry over his weekly child support payments of $80-$100, as well as upset that Barahona fed Miguel fast food. Infante was expecting another child with a new girlfriend and having difficulty managing the child support payments, according to NY Post reports. Infante, who had a job working at an airport near the Pennsylvania/New Jersey border told investigators that Barahona had taken advantage of him when he was just a teen student and raped him. He faces two counts of first-degree murder. Jeeeeez this is a lot to digest. Of course the little boy is the victim in all this, but despite her obvious manipulation of Infante, Barahona shouldn’t have lost her life. Infante is a victim too still — anybody who watches SVU as much as us already knows he’s going to use his teen sex abuse as a defense in all this. 22 is damn young to be committing murder AND infanticide too — not that there is ever an appropriate age for that! Father Injects Son With HIV As An Baby Brryan Jackson contracted HIV when he was just 11 months old, but it took almost four years for doctors to correctly diagnose him because he had none of the usual risk factors that you would usually see. That’s because the Missouri native wasn’t infected in any normal way: he was injected with a vial of infected blood by his own father in an attempt to avoid paying child support. Now he’s 25, healthy, and running his own HIV charity to raise awareness.
