Source: Chicago Tribune / Getty R. Kelly’s Inner Circle Were The Ones Responsible For Him Reportedly Facing Federal Charges According to TMZ , R. Kelly investigators now have over 20 tapes of the singer having sex with minors in their possession, and it was his own inner circle who handed them over to the authorities. Gerald Griggs, the attorney who is representing the family of Jocelyn Savage, reportedly stated that the tapes show multiple victims of sexual abuse and that many of them were confirmed to be underage at the time of the filming. R. Kelly was arrested earlier this week on 13 counts of federal sex crimes, including four counts of producing and two counts of receiving child pornography. Kelly is also facing other counts for racketeering, violation of the Mann Act, and obstruction of justice. Kelly is also facing 11 other sex abuse charges in Cook County relating to his alleged abuse of Jerhonda Pace. It might be over with for R. Kelly.
Source: Brian Blanco / Getty Florida Man Arrested For “Obscene” Bumper Sticker 23-year-old Dillon Shane Webb from Florida was driving around with an “I eat *ss” sticker on his pickup truck window and now he’s facing obscenity charges. From HuffPost : “Dillon Shane Webb, 23, was arrested Sunday afternoon in Lake City after a Columbia County sheriff’s deputy saw the message on the rear window of the vehicle. When the officer pulled Webb over, he claimed the sticker violated a Florida statute dealing with the possession and distribution of obscene material, according to the Lake City Reporter .” According to the site, Webb responded that they were “just words” and when the officer asked how a parent to a small child would explain those words, Webb reportedly said it would be “up to the parent.” “The deputy then gave Webb a notice to appear at the Columbia County Courthouse on May 23 and took a photo of the offending sticker as evidence,” HuffPost states. “ But when the deputy asked Webb to remove one of the letters from the word ‘*ss’ so the statement on the sticker would ‘no longer be derogatory,’ the suspect refused, citing his First Amendment rights, according to the report.” After refusing to alter the statement, Webb was reportedly charged with resisting, taken to jail, and later released on $2,500 bond. “The truck was towed, but Webb said the sticker was still in place when he retrieved the vehicle from the impound lot. Webb now plans to file a wrongful arrest lawsuit against the sheriff’s office,” Huff Post states. “I guess this cop just didn’t find it funny, and he just thought he has to put me in jail,” Webb reportedly said of being thrown in jail. Again… why are we not surprised ?
Source: Chelsea Guglielmino / Getty Nipsey Hussle’s Friend Kerry Lathan To Be Released From Jail People were rightfully outraged when news broke that the Los Angeles District Attorney and the Dept. of Corrections had Nipsey Hussle’s friend Kerry Lathan arrested for violating his parole for associating with a gang member, Nipsey, after he was shot during the rapper’s murder. Kerry was the reason that Nipsey went to the Marathon store that fateful day as the rapper wanted to get his friend some fresh clothes so that he could see his family later that day. According to TMZ , Kerry is soon to be a free man this week, again. Lathan was transferred to Men’s Central Jail in downtown L.A. but the Dept. of Corrections has inexplicably chosen to withdraw their petition to have his parole revoked. Our guess is that they didn’t want no smoke with the public. It clearly wasn’t because IT’S THE RIGHT F***ING THING TO DO or else they never would have arrested him in the first damn place. It is said that Lather will be released today. View this post on Instagram He will be home soon!! Thank you to everyone for all your support. The reality star was arrested again on Thursday after reportedly showing up to her court appearance drunk as hell. TMZ reports: “[Tommie] showed up to court last week in Cobb County, GA for a hearing in her child abuse criminal case. Law enforcement sources tell us she appeared to be intoxicated — so much so the judge ordered her to undergo drug and alcohol testing immediately.” Police say that Tommie’s BAC was 0.16, which is twice the legal limit, and a violation of her bond . She was arrested on site, this time without bail. Tommie is still facing multiple child abuse charges following her October 2018 arrest after prosecutors say she attacked her daughter at school. Source: Araya Diaz / Getty Pooch Hall is probably somewhere thanking his lucky stars. The ‘Ray Donovan’ star will not face any jail time for his October 2018 DUI which lead to him totalling his car while his baby was in the back seat. TMZ Reports: “Hall struck a deal with prosecutors. He entered a no contest plea to misdemeanor DUI and to child endangerment. For the DUI his sentence is 3 years probation and a 3-month alcohol program.” You may recall that an eyewitness saw Hall driving with his toddler in his lap while driving before the accident. When cops pulled him over, he blew a .25, more than 3 times the legal limit. As for the felony child abuse charge he received for putting his baby in danger during the incident, Hall has to complete a one-year parenting class for that charge to be dismissed. Whew. Things could’ve gone much worse for you, Pooch.

R apper 21 Savage has become a symbol of harsh immigration laws after he was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials in Atlanta on Feb. 3. The 26-year-old is now speaking out for the first time since the arrest to “Good Morning America.” See Also: Why 21 Savage Memes Are No Laughing Matter While talking to ABC News’ Linsey Davis, the rapper, whose real name is She’yaa Bin Abraham-Joseph, explained the arrest, “I was just driving. And I just seen guns and blue lights. And, then, I was in the back of a car. And I was gone.” He also said they never told him he was under arrest, “They didn’t say nothing. They just said, ‘We got Savage.’” He added, “It was definitely targeted. There was helicopters.” Rapper 21 Savage tells @ABC News' @LinseyDavis that he was “definitely targeted” by ICE in exclusive interview on @GMA . https://t.co/6hOI6VROMv pic.twitter.com/BUgNTKOmzD — ABC News (@ABC) February 15, 2019 ICE claimed that 21 Savage is a United Kingdom citizen who entered the U.S. legally in July 2005 as a minor. However, he failed to leave the U.S. under the terms of his nonimmigrant visa. Consequently, ICE said his presence in the U.S. has been unlawful since his visa expired in July 2006. When asked if he considers himself to be a Dreamer — a young, undocumented immigrant who came to the U.S. as a child and met the requirements to participate in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program — he replied, “I guess so… I went into first grade here, so I don’t really remember too much. I remember, like, my grandma house, and that’s probably about it. I didn’t really do much there. I’ve been Atlanta probably 20 years, 19 years. I’m from Atlanta, in my eyes.” Savage also described the detention center he was held in, claiming he was in one room all day. “I feel like I done been through so much in my life, like, I learned to embrace the times when I’m down ’cause they always build me up and take me to a new level in life,” he said. “So it’s like even if I’m sitting in a cell on 23-hour lockdown, in my mind, I know what’s gonna come after that. So I’m not happy about it. But I’m accepting of it.” EXCLUSIVE: Grammy-nominated rapper 21 Savage describes fears of deportation to @ABC News' @LinseyDavis in first interview since his release on bond from ICE custody. https://t.co/5nQPAwVp4a pic.twitter.com/MdUasUcmUt — ABC News (@ABC) February 15, 2019 He was released on Wednesday after more than a week in detention. “21 Savage was granted a release on bond,” Kuck Baxter Immigration LLC posted to its social media channels. “ He won his freedom.” The rapper is reportedly working with, “ICE to both clarify his actual legal standing,” according to his lawyer. However, it is not definite if Savage will be allowed to stay in the country.
