The 26-year-old rapper was born in the London borough of Newham to British parents, according to a birth certificate obtained by CNN . ICE says he came to the States at age 12 in July 2005, but didn’t leave under the terms of his nonimmigrant visa. His visa expired in 2006. Source: Arturo Holmes / @ArtuGraphiq According to TMZ , Jay-Z called the arrest “an absolute travesty,” saying 21 deserves to be reunited with his children immediately. He’s going a step further by hiring attorney Alex Spiro to assist with his case. “We are not going to stop until he is released, bonded out or in front of a judge,” said Spiro. “What we have here is someone who overstayed their Visa with an application pending for 4 years – not a convicted criminal that needs to be detained and removed but, by all accounts a wonderful person, father, and entertainer who has a marijuana offense which was vacated and sealed.” 21 Savage apparently had a visa permit pending for four years before he reapplied for U Visa in 2017. That application may have led to a background check which triggered his arrest. [ione_media_gallery src=”https://92q.com” id=”4070895″ overlay=”true”]

Gina Kirschenheiter, Real Housewives of Orange County Star, Arrested for DUI

Oops! Her major bad, folks. We don’t mean to be flippant about something very serious, of course, as Gina Kirschenheiter has messed up big time. The Real Housewives of Orange County was booked in Rancho Santa Margarita, California yesterday after getting arrested on a chage of drunk driving. Local authorities have confirmed the incident to various news and gossip outlets. “Gina Kirschenheiter was stopped for a traffic violation in Rancho Santa Margarita at Santa Margarita Parkway,” public affairs officer Jaimee Blashaw said via statement, adding: “She was arrested for DUI at 12:20 a.m. on January 31 and was released at noon that same day.” The Bravo star is due in court on February 28 — and has already come out with a statement in light of the arrest. It reads as follows: I made a very bad choice the other night after a mom’s night out.  I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly.  I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that this one incident does not define me. Kirschenheiter is 34  years old. She is in the middle of a divorce from her estranged husband, Matt, with whom she shares three children: Nicholas, 6, Sienna, 4, and Luca, 3. Kirschenheiter and the rest of the long-running show’s cast – including Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Kelly Dodd and Emily Simpson – are expected to reunite soon for the start of production on Season 14. (Season 14?!? That’s incredible.) Gina’s main storyline last year centered on her split from Matt, to whom she was married for seven years and who did not appear on any Season 13 episodes. As for what led to the divorce? “He’s just not that person who compliments you and builds you up and makes you feel great. I’ve never walked out of a room and had him say, ‘Oh my God, you look so beautiful,'” she explained during the last reunion special. Gina continued at the time: “You know, I’ve never even really had Matt look me in the eye and tell me in a genuine way, ‘I love you.’ And I do think those things are important. “But you know what, I see him tell my daughter [Sienna] that, and it makes me love him for that, and I’m OK with that.” Prior to her arrest this week, the reality star reportedly attended a cocktail party at a plastic surgeon’s office. She was seen trying Emsculpting, a fat-reduction technique, on her Instagram Story

On God And Nem: Arrest Warrant For Adrien Broner Issued In Florida After Ducking Court Appearance

Source: Christian Petersen / Getty Florida Police Are Looking For Adrien Broner…Again According to TMZ , Adrien Broner is a wanted man in Florida again. The champion boxer failed to show up in Broward County court earlier this week and the judge was tired of the disrespect so a warrant was issued for his immediate arrest. Broner was arrested for speeding, not having a driver’s license, registration or proof of insurance. The reason for the court date was an arrest that took place back in Dec. of 2017 and this is reportedly the third time he has bob & weave’d this court appearance. Broner has a storied history of run ins with the law, he’s already been arrested multiple times for the same issue. Also back in April of 2017, the boxer was arrested for having an open warrant in connection to three-year-old public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges. This is just another L Broner has taken in a matter of weeks; having lost in a unanimous decision to a Manny Pacquiao almost twice his age.   Continue reading

Nathan Sutherland: Nurse Arrested for Rape of Comatose Woman Who Gave Birth

Early this month, the nation was filled with grief and outrage when news broke that a  woman had given birth after 14 years in a coma . There was no mystery of how it happened. The question was which monster took advantage of the vulnerable woman. Now, that question has been answered, and a man — a nurse — has been arrested. Nathan Sutherland has been arrested. He is a 36-year-old man and a licensed practical nurse who reportedly worked at Hacienda, where the victim was receiving long-term care. Sutherland was identified because his DNA matched that of the newborn, who is now just about one month old. He was booked on preliminary charges of sexual assault and vulnerable-adult abuse. Sutherland has worked at the facility since 2011. Investigators are trying to determine if he may have assaulted any other patients, and if the victim may have been assaulted more than once. Police announced the arrest of Sutherland based upon DNA evidence and also upon obvious access to the victim. “We owed this arrest to the victim,” police stated in a televised conference. “We owed this arrest to the newest member of our community,” police repeated. “That innocent baby.” No child should have such horrible baggage thrust upon them before they take their first breath. In addition to Sutherland's arrest, the healthcare facility announced that the doctor in charge of the victim's care had resigned. Another doctor was suspended. The exact reasons were not stated. On Wednesday afternoon, Sutherland made his first court appearance. According to reports, Sutherland’s attorney asked for no more than $15,000 in bail. The judge denied the defense's request. Sutherland's bond was set at $500,000, cash only. It seems clear that the court is concerned that Sutherland, now caught, might attempt to flee. On December 29 of 2018, a woman who had spent 14 years in a vegetative state gave birth. The baby was reported healthy, but the birth itself was a horrifying surprise. Apparently, no one knew that the victim was pregnant, even though she was allegedly receiving 24-hour care. Aside from the obvious physical changes that a body makes as a literal entire baby grows inside of it, there should have been other signs. Some have questioned if there was a conspiracy among the staff to allow a sexual assault to go undetected. Others openly suggested that this could be evidence of widespread neglect. Sutherland was only one of the members of the staff whose DNA was taken. Police obtained a warrant for his DNA after determining that he was among those directly responsible for the victim's care. Upon his arrest, Sutherland invoked his Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. That is, he refused to speak directly with police. There is always a chance that he could negotiate for a plea bargain of some kind in exchange for revealing anyone other possible predators. But … given the national attention and the outrage that the story has garnered, he shouldn't expect much. Nobody wants to see a sexual predator walk free.

Chris Brown Released From Jail Following Rape Arrest

This morning, we reported on the shocking news that Chris Brown had been arrested in Paris i n connection with rape allegations. Now, it seems that authorities have released Brown on his own recognizance and informed him that he is free to return to the United States. The news comes as a shock to many, as the allegations against Brown are quite serious, and it was rumored that the case against him was a strong one. In addition to the rape allegations that led to the arrest of the singer and two associates, it was reported that Brown was facing drug charges, as authorities discovered a large amount of cocaine when he was taken into custody. Moments ago, however, TMZ broke the news that Brown will soon be headed home to the US. The controversial entertainer took to Instagram to address the situation just moments after being released from custody. “I WANNA MAKE IT PERFECTLY CLEAR…… THIS IS FALSE,” reads the latest post on his page. “FOR MY DAUGHTER AND MY FAMILY THIS IS SO DISPRESPECTFUL AND IS AGAINST MY CHARACTER AND MORALS!!!!!” He added: “THIS IS FALSE AND A WHOLE LOT OF CAP!” Brown also posted a graphic that reads simply: “THIS B!TCH LYIN'” The allegations are, of course, only the latest legal entanglement for Brown, who has been in trouble with the law for most of his 15 years in the spotlight. In 2009, Brown assaulted then-girlfriend Rihanna , an incident that initially seemed as though it would land Brown behind bars and bring his music career to crashing halt. Neither proved to be the case, of course, and while Brown remained a wildly popular artist, he’s also proven consistently unable to refrain from engaging in appalling acts of violence. In 2014, Brown was imprisoned after he assaulted a photographer and was then kicked out of a court-ordered rehab facility for smashing a window on his mother’s car. There’s no word on yet on what will happen with Brown’s case from here, but if he was released without posting bond and permitted to return to the States, it seems unlikely that he’ll face any charges. We’ll have further updates on this developing situation as more information becomes available. View Slideshow: 29 Pics of Chris Brown Thuggin’ It So Hard: What a Goon!

On Thursday, the Slime Language rapper was indicted on 8 felony charges, including possession and intent to distribute meth, weed and hydrocodone. Court records show that Thugga tested positive on his latest drug test, causing Judge to revoke his bond. TMZ reports: According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge revoked YT’s bond Thursday during the arraignment in his felony drug case. Los Angeles Confidential: The Game Just Got His Arrest Warrant From A Federal Judge Dismissed

Photo by Astrid Stawiarz/Getty Images The Game Got His Arrest Warrant Dismissed In Sexual Assault  Case Luckily for The Game , it looks like he could be catching a break. The Compton MC got his arrest warrant was dropped yesterday, October 25, according to reports from  TMZ . Three weeks ago, the California native was asked by the federal judge in his sexual assault lawsuit to hand over financial documents. The judge initially gave the rapper 48 hours to hand over the documents, but unfortunately for him and this case, he didn’t turn them in. After The Game didn’t hand over the records, he was then issued an arrest warrant. Now, the warrant has officially been dismissed, because the documents have been turned in. This lawsuit involves Priscilla Rainey, who was a contestant on Game’s reality show  She’s Got Game.  The result of the suit is that Game has been ordered to pay Rainey $7 million. Unfortunately for Jayceon, this isn’t the only trouble he has been caught up in this year. Not only does he owe Viacom a hefty $35,000 in legal fees, the rapper also recently had a break-in at his home. Following the breach, The Game shared in an Instagram post that he is not one to be messed with and warned the robbers that if they return, he would be there waiting for them. It’s nice to know that in the midst of all this legal and personal trouble, at least The Game’s arrest warrant has been dropped–but he’s still got some pretty big fines to pay.
