Frank Milstead said at a news conference, “The Arizona Department of Public Safety is a proud and venerable organization with a storied past. Most of the employees serve Arizona with pride and integrity. When one of our own betrays public trust or breaks the law, we respond swiftly and without regret.” Milstead added that officers began an investigation on May 19 after a woman complained that Jackson made inappropriate comments to her, then a second complaint from a different motorist came June 11, alleging that Jackson sexually assaulted a woman during a traffic stop. Jackson was placed on administrative leave that day, but has since been terminated. No word on whether or not Jackson has attained a lawyer, but officials say he’s been booked into the Maricopa County Fourth Avenue Jail on charges including sexual abuse, sexual extortion, unlawful sexual conduct, unlawful imprisonment, kidnapping, fraudulent schemes and practices and tampering with a public record. Investigators have only identified eight of his victims, but they believe there are many more. SMH.

According to reports, 51- year old Christian Richard Martin was removed from his flight after being accused of killing Calvin and Pamela Phillips and Edward Dansereau in November 2015. Pamela Phillips and Dansereau were found a few miles away in a corn field inside Pamela Phillips’ car, which was burned. An American Airlines spokesperson said in a statement: “All of us at American Airlines and PSA Airlines are deeply saddened to have learned about these allegations from 2015. Our team was made aware of the indictment this morning after his arrest at Louisville International Airport. We have an unwavering commitment to the safety and security of our customers and team members, and we will provide any investigative assistance possible to law enforcement throughout their investigation.” Martin was indicted on three counts of murder, one count of arson, one count of attempted arson, first-degree burglary and three counts of tampering with physical evidence. He has been placed on administrative suspension pending the outcome of the investigation.
Oops! Her major bad, folks. We don’t mean to be flippant about something very serious, of course, as Gina Kirschenheiter has messed up big time. The Real Housewives of Orange County was booked in Rancho Santa Margarita, California yesterday after getting arrested on a chage of drunk driving. Local authorities have confirmed the incident to various news and gossip outlets. “Gina Kirschenheiter was stopped for a traffic violation in Rancho Santa Margarita at Santa Margarita Parkway,” public affairs officer Jaimee Blashaw said via statement, adding: “She was arrested for DUI at 12:20 a.m. on January 31 and was released at noon that same day.” The Bravo star is due in court on February 28 — and has already come out with a statement in light of the arrest. It reads as follows: I made a very bad choice the other night after a mom’s night out. I am extremely disappointed in myself and regret my actions wholeheartedly. I have learned a valuable lesson and hope to show you all that this one incident does not define me. Kirschenheiter is 34 years old. She is in the middle of a divorce from her estranged husband, Matt, with whom she shares three children: Nicholas, 6, Sienna, 4, and Luca, 3. Kirschenheiter and the rest of the long-running show’s cast – including Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Kelly Dodd and Emily Simpson – are expected to reunite soon for the start of production on Season 14. (Season 14?!? That’s incredible.) Gina’s main storyline last year centered on her split from Matt, to whom she was married for seven years and who did not appear on any Season 13 episodes. As for what led to the divorce? “He’s just not that person who compliments you and builds you up and makes you feel great. I’ve never walked out of a room and had him say, ‘Oh my God, you look so beautiful,'” she explained during the last reunion special. Jenelle Evans … Well, bless her heart, she isn’t the brightest crayon in the box, is she? She makes terrible decisions almost exclusively, and no one on earth has time to do a complete rundown of those. But recently, she’s been reigniting her feud with Kailyn Lowry … literally, even. We’ll get into the fire stuff in a minute, but just for fun, let’s review how we got to this point, OK? See, Jenelle and Kailyn used to be friends back in the early days of Teen Mom 2. That ended several years ago when Kailyn bailed Jenelle out of jail — Jenelle promised she’d pay her back, and she never did. This was when they weren’t making much at all on the show, so the money Kailyn spent was a pretty big deal. In a recent interview, Kail revealed that she was there for her former friend in many ways back then, and that once she even cared for her when she was “strung out.” She also said that Jenelle blames her for not being close with the rest of the cast, when in fact she isolated herself from everyone. It’s definitely a complicated situation, and it only got more complicated when Kailyn expressed concern after Jenelle’s 911 call in which she claimed David had abused her. Since then, Jenelle has been especially cruel, even saying that perhaps they have problems getting along because Kailyn is “confused about her sexuality.” Earlier this month, Kailyn tried to smooth things over by sending Jenelle a PR package of her new haircare line , Pothead Haircare. Jenelle did not appreciate the gesture. Yesterday, she shared a video on Instagram that showed her pouring gasoline all over the products and setting them on fire . “Hey Kail,” she said, standing in her yard and holding a propane torch. “This is to your peace offering.” It was all very embarrassing. In her caption, she wrote that Kailyn has been “super jealous and envious of all us girls on the show,” and that she’s been “a mean ass person” towards her. “You apologize on/off, claim I need to be apologizing sometimes, then talk sh-t constantly about me and my husband to the tabloids?!” “THEN you had the balls to send me a PEACE GATHERING GIFT?!” she asked, ensuring that “peace gathering gift” will be a beloved phrase in the Teen Mom lexicon for years to come. “Don’t send me gifts and then go talk sh-t AGAIN!!!” she told her. “Wow, you’re an idiot cuz this is what I do for gifts sent from fake ass bitches like you.” She finished with “Stay out of my life, go worry about your own.” It’s like she really thought this would make her seem cool and edgy when really it’s just immature and sad. Kailyn even benefited from it by announcing a flash sale — 15% off orders if you used the code “LIT” — and she sold tons and tons of products. And she may be benefiting even more, if she’s a fan of karma. Because according to Jenelle’s local police officials, what she did was illegal . As North Carolina law states, “it is always illegal to burn trash and other non-vegetative materials.” Meanwhile, leaves, branches, and things like that can be burned “under certain conditions.” While the whole selling point of Kailyn’s products is that they contain hemp, we doubt Jenelle could use that to get out of trouble with this one. And what’s the penalty for burning things you’re not allowed to burn? Fines up to $25,000. For some reason, Jenelle and David both seem to think that since they own their property, laws don’t apply to them there. That they can do anything they want with no repercussions as long as it’s on their land. It’s a really weird outlook to have, and obviously that’s not the way the law works. Of course, Jenelle has managed to be Jenelle for years and years without experiencing any real consequences, so it seems unlikely that anything will come of her latest dumb move. But if it did, if she actually had to pay $25,000 for trying to get back at Kailyn? Stoney Westmoreland has appeared on multiple shows, from Scandal to NCIS . These days, he appears on the tween Disney drama, Andi Mack . At least, he did. He has now been fired. On Friday, he was arrested for trying to have sex with a 13-year-old child. Stoney Westmoreland is best known for his role as Henry “Ham” Mack on Andi Mack , the grandfather of the titular character. Unfortunately, it appears that the man himself is considerably less wholesome than the show on which he was a star. On Friday, he was arrested in Salt Lake City, Utah — the city where Andi Mack films. 48-year-old Westmoreland had allegedly contacted a person whom he believed to be a 13-year-old. He reportedly made contact through the use of an app Court documents describe the app as one specifically “used for dating and meeting people for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity.” He had apparently also sent pornographic images to the very young teen, and attempted to solicit nudes from the 13-year-old. Westmoreland has been charged with five third-degree felonies. His charges are four counts of dealing in materials harmful to a minor and one count of enticing a minor by Internet or text. “Materials harmful to a minor” is a reference to having sent lewd materials in an effort to excited and seduce the minor. The charge of enticing is pretty vital, as without it, sexual predators who are caught before attacking their intended victims could weasel out of trouble. All in all, these charges are pretty sickening. We assume the the police have solid evidence in this case. Either way, it looks like Westmoreland’s career as a Disney star is over. Disney almost immediately announced that Westmoreland had been fired, People confirms. “Stoney Westmoreland, an actor working on the series ‘Andi Mack,’ was arrested in Salt Lake City today,” Disney announced. “Given the nature of the charges and our responsibility for the welfare of employed minors,” the statement says. Disney continues: “We have released him from his recurring role. “And,” Disney concludes. “He will not be returning to work on the series which wraps production on its third season next week.” Andi Mack is a widely celebrated series about adolescence and family. The show rose to fame — and began winning awards coupled with a hefty ratings surge — after one storyline in paticular. Cyrus Goodman is a character played by Joshua Rush, seen in blue holding up the award. Cyrus’ famous coming out storyline really put the series on the map. For Disney to have a show that tells such an important story for the audience that needs it most — tweens — is truly promising. Middle school-aged LGBTQ+ kids, and also their classmates and peers, need to see these stories play out to have a point of reference. It is absolutely heartbreaking that such an inspirational television program has to deal with the PR nightmare from Westmoreland’s inexcusable actions. We don’t know how strong the case against this alleged creep may be. The only good thing that we can say about this is that some of the language in reports makes it sound like he was never in actual contact with a real 13-year-old. No middle schooler needs to be chatting with a 48-year-old man, let alone discussing or planning a sexual encounter with him. This will be a pain for writers — to write him off the series. He was, after all, Andi Mack’s grandfather (whom she had long believed to be her father — long story). Larissa Dos Santos Lima, who plays a major role on this season of 90 Day Fiance, was arrested for domestic battery in Las Vegas on Saturday, November 10. Scroll down to learn more about what transpired… Larissa stars opposite Colt Johnson on the controversial TLC series. According to Clark County inmate records, she was originally being held on $3,000 bail following her arrest, although her court records have been updated to reflect a $2,000 reduction. We can also confirm that she’s scheduled to have a 72-hour hearing on Tuesday morning. While details are still coming in, Larissa changed her Instagram handle to @helpmeimwithoutphone shortly before the incident went down… … and also shared a number of disturbing messages on Saturday. “HELP ME …HE TURNED OFF HIDE MY PHONE HELP ME HE WANTS TO CALL THE POLICE HELP ME,” she wrote at one point, including her own phone number on her online biography. In a series of since-deleted Instagram Story messages, meanwhile, Colt allegedly told his followers: “Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and several depression. She over reacted to problems that do not exist.” Very weird and sort of scary, right? Colt went on to explain that he “proceeded to deactivate her phone to try to defuse the situation,” but that their disagreement “escalated and matters became worse” and added: “She felt this action was a threat towards her and tried to reach out for help. “Not long after her cry was posted, the police came and knocked down the front door. They drew their guns at me and handcuffed me.” Larissa hails from Brazil and met Colt via social media. The two met up in Mexico and Colt later proposed after just a few days together. According to court records obtained by E! News, this is Larissa’s second arrest for domestic violence, although charges from earlier this year were dropped. Revealing that he and Larissa are married, Colt continued over the weekend: “The police interviewed us but not long after they decided to arrest Larissa. No one was hurt and I did not press charges against my wife. “However it is policy in the state of Nevada that since we are in a domestic partnership, someone had to be arrested.” We’ll have plenty more on this story as more news breaks. For now, it may simply raise questions about a show based on two people who have just met and decided to get married, mostly so one of them can remain in the United States. “The couples must marry before the visas expire in 90 days, or else the visitors have to immediately return to their countries,” reads the official TLC description. Is this really something around which we ought to build an entire program? Does it not increase the possibility that something such as this arrest can take place, as one person’s future is based on making a marriage work with, basically, a complete stranger? Just sounds like a recipe for disaster.
According to official police reports, it was not a very merry Tuesday afternoon for former Big Brother contestant Christmas Abbott. TMZ and Us Weekly both confirm that the 36-year old reality star turned herself into Tampa authorities yesterday, at which time she was booked for felony criminal mischief. For what rather incredible and violent reason? Scroll down to find out! Based on records obtained by TMZ, Abbott drove to a local Florida gym back in August in order to confront her baby daddy’s alleged side piece. Cops say that Abbott then flew into a complete rage, asking all kinds of questions of this unnamed woman prior to throwing a cup of coffee in her direction. But that wasn’t all. Christmas then rammed into the alleged victim’s car in the parking lot with her own. Abbott was eight months pregnant with her first child at the time, a boy who would be born a few weeks later and named Loyal. The boy’s father is Benjamin Bunn, a fellow fitness enthusiast who is no longer with the Big Brother Season 19 third-place finisher. TMZ quotes this same police report in stating that Abbott called the other woman a “pathetic home-wrecking little slut,” among other insults. She believed at the time of the confrontation that the woman was sleeping with Bunn, even though Bunn told Us Weekly last month that he and Abbott ended their romance last December. “Unfortunately, I had very little contact with Christmas in the last few months of her pregnancy,” Bunn told this tabloid, adding in October: “However, prior to that, we spent almost every day with each other for six to seven months straight. I went to every doctor’s appointment, accompanied her for travel, moved furniture and did all the things that two caring adults do with and for each other… “I was finally able to reach her a few days before [her] due date. I found out she was being induced through Instagram, and shortly thereafter received an email.” But back to Abbott’s arrest: The responding officer on the scene says Abbott kept yelling at her man’s mistress while the officer tried to calm her down. Cops declined to process her because she was so far along, although her vehicle was seized and the sides agrees that Abbott could turn herself in at a later date. And this is what she did on Tuesday. As previously mentioned, Abbott came in third place during season 19 of Big Brother. addition to her stint on the CBS reality show, Christmas is well-known for being a series CrossFit competitor – and she was actually the first female NASCAR pit crew member. How cool and random, right?!? Hours after her arrest, meanwhile, Abbott shared a video of son Loyal Atticus sleeping on her chest. “How could I ever get enough of that sweet smile,” she wrote along with it. “I literally can stare and watch him all day long just to watch him & maybe see a lil laugh or giggle. He simply lights up my heart & makes me so fulfilled!”

Cell phone video from the confrontation at Maywood Academy High School shows the teacher and the student exchanging blows during band class after what appears to be the student confronting and provoking the teacher. CBS Los Angeles obtained the below video. Many people in the community had mixed emotions on the situations with some parents being outraged at the teacher’s actions, while others acknowledged that the teacher did nothing wrong and defended himself. Erica Mena has been placed under arrest. The Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta cast member was taken into custody on Friday after police arrived on the scene in response to a domestic dispute. According to TMZ, Mena and her boyfriend, Clifford Dixon, were both taken away by the cops after an argument got out of hand inside their Johns Creek, Georgia apartment. Witnesses near the scene told authorities that Mena and Dixon had not only been arguing, but that the latter had kicked in a bedroom door in order to get to the former. One of Erica and Cliff’s roommates even told police that she/he heard someone get slapped upstairs, although no one actually saw any physical abuse take place. Cops did not report any signs of an altercation on either party, either. This is to say, neither Mena nor Dixon had any marks on their bodies at the time of the arrest. Dixon was arrested for criminal trespass because Mena told cops the property was in her name. Meanwhile, Erica was arrested for possession of marijuana, despite having less than one ounce of her at the time of the arrest. She has since made bail. Mena returned to Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta last season. Prior to coming on board, she was a staple on Love & Hip Hop: New York. Other professional ventures for Mena include having written the books “Chronicles of a Confirmed Bachelorette” and “Underneath It All.” In August of 2017, it was announced that Mena would compete in the first season of VH1’s Scared Famous, which premiered on October 23, 2017. Mena was previously engaged to Bow Wow and wrote the following upon leaving the New York version of this Love & Hip Hop franchise: I have fan base that now become my family! I can’t thank you all enough for following & riding this ride. You are all appreciated. No matter what I’m always going to be Open and Real with you all.
