Day was allegedly engaging in a relationship with a boy at Yukon High School, and now faces a string of charges including second-degree rape, facilitating sexual contact with a minor, and possession of child pornography. News9 reported that police officers were alerted about the relationship by the students’ parents. They presented evidence to the officers that included explicit text messages and nude photos found on the minor’s phone. When the investigators were planning on arresting Day, her and the boy had arranged to meet. The officers sent the teacher a text from his phone asking her to keep her door unlocked. Look, we know that Adam Lind isn’t a great guy, and we also know that that is a pretty massive understatement. He’s been accused of killing puppies . The guy’s a monster. But even though we’re all very, very aware of his many issues, it’s always a little shocking to hear of his ongoing shenanigans. Though this time around, Adam is not so much into shenanigans as he is into committing actual crimes. Violent crimes, even. On Thursday night around 8:00, he was arrested and hauled off to the local county jail where he was held without bond. He was charged with domestic simple assault. He has four counts against him: attempting to cause bodily harm, recklessly attempting to cause bodily harm, attempting to cause imminent bodily harm, and intentionally causing bodily harm. We don’t know who the victim was in all of this, but we do know that he pleaded not guilty in court on Friday morning. After his hearing, he was released on bond, but he’ll have to return to court on December 21st. Hopefully a good, long sentence for him will be the Christmas present we all deserve. And really, jail time doesn’t seem to be out of the question for him — remember that whole meth debacle from earlier this year? As part of his custody agreement, he has to take occasional drug tests, and in April, he failed one for having a “substantial” amount of meth in his system just hours before a visit with his youngest daughter, Paislee. After that, his visitation rights were suspended for a while, at least his visitation with Paislee. There’s a chance Chelsea Houska could have gone to court as well to suspend his visits with Aubree, but if she did, it didn’t last for long — thanks to Teen Mom 2, we know that he at least spent Father’s Day with her. Besides all the meth, we also know that Adam has fallen behind on his child support payments again, so much that Taylor Halbur took the matter to court in August. He got so behind on the payments last year that two warrants were issued for his arrest — one of Paislee, and one for Aubree. So between the child support, the meth, all of his many, many previous arrests, and now the assault charges … Surely they’ll be able to put him away this time. Right? Please? After 10 years of decade of dating, three kids and a million mixed signals, Kourtney Kardashian has finally told Scott Disick in no uncertain terms: It. Is. Over. Move. On. In news that may sound like it’s six years too late (better that than never), insiders say that she’s done treating her baby daddy like a baby. Kourtney has long worried how he’ll react to her every move and word, and has felt like she’s walking on eggshells with regard to Scott. No longer. Kardashian, 38, loves and respects the father of her three adorable children, but in terms of wanting more from him, she simply doesn’t. His raging jealousy is why she hasn’t posted anything online about who she’s dating (hence all the secret hotel sex with Younes Bendjima ). After all, Kourtney being seen with slash Kourtney banging Justin Bieber and other men has triggered him into epic benders in the past. As for current boy toy Younes, with whom she was recently seen in Bev Hills, she says Scott’s friends see her and report back to him. To put it simply, she’s done with all the sneaking around, especially with Scott off the wagon and desperately in need of rehab (again). Insiders say Scott dating Ella Ross and/or other teenage models is just a front, or a means of masking the internal turmoil he won’t admit. Friends are worried about Disick drinking himself to death after he was shut down for the 120th – and seemingly, last – time by Kardashian. Regardless, Kourtney is determined to live life on her terms going forward, and is telling Scott he needs to get over it and get on board. End of discussion. If you watch Keeping Up with the Kardashians online, you know this has been playing out for some time, and Scott has been in RARE form. Approximately 45 seconds after gushing over the mother of his kids in Dubai, he heard she was seen with Younes from a friend via text. Soon enough, he was caught by Kim with a “whore” in his hotel room … then invited another girl to the Kards’ family vacay in Costa Rica. On last night’s episode, he was called out over both incidents. Disick, playing the victim, admitted he “did something wrong … as always.” Kourtney wasn’t buying it: “You had your chance. I thought we were spending our whole lives together, and I’ve done everything I can.” Disick’s response to that? “I’m a sex addict,” the 33-year-old said. “I’m a f–ked up, horrible sex addict.” Khloe wasn’t buying that one. “If you need to get your d–k wet that badly, then get your f–king d–k wet,” Kourtney’s sister replied, throwing a glass of water on him. Vintage Khloe. Scott later patched things up with her, and to a degree with Kourtney, but romantically, he passed the point of no return. Kourtney summed it up this way: “Scott’s so lucky, because I am the coolest baby mama on the planet. The stuff that he’s done and I still allow him to come on our family trips?” Despite their shared history – and their undeniable bond for the rest of their lives in the form of their kids – she just can’t even with him. Kourtney told her younger sisters: “I just feel like I need to have a conversation with him just to finally say we will never be back together. It’s probably better for both of us.” Then she made good on that. “I think something I’ve learned is that we need to move on ,” she said. “I think the moral of the story is we are never getting back together.” Obviously, Disick was less than thrilled … but perhaps putting it so bluntly and squashing all hope will at least halt his emotional rollercoaster. Last week, we reported on the bizarre and very public feud between Jenelle Evans and the sister of David Eason . David, of course, is Jenelle’s fiance and the father of her third child. One would think that Jenelle would do her damnedest to stay on his family’s good side – at least until the wedding – but Jenlle’s never been one to avoid setting fire to her own life. So in a situation where sane, rational adults who are currently in the process of trying to win back custody of their eldest son might have eased up on the hate (or at least kept it off social media) Jenelle doubled down. The folks over at Starcasm have been watching the situation closely , and it seems that things died down for a while – until, of course, Jenelle decided to fire a shot out of nowhere. Over the weekend, David’s other sister, April, wrote a lengthy Facebook post about the importance of family. Jenelle being Jenelle, she took the opportunity to trash-talk her rival, Jessica: “Think about your actions wisely before losing your entire family,” Jenelle wrote on Facebook. “#FamilyFirst not #FamilySecond … there’s a huge difference.” As much as people usually love being threatened with the loss of their entire family, Jenelle’s comment didn’t go over well: “Does this makes sense to anyone?” Jessica shot back. “We have our family. April David Amber and Jamie are our family. And Ensley is my niece. Youre the one losing Jen!” After being egged on by some commenters, Jessica went on: “Girl I could say some stuff but ima back off the Lil ho for now.. But if I see another negative word out that things mouth or finger tips.. It will be #onlikedonkeykong” She added: “Did she think MY sister April Marie was gonna say something nice to her? Hahahaha” Believe it or not, Jessica didn’t stop there, and she’s on the verge of doing the impossible: making Jenelle look like the sane one in a conflict. Jessica posted the above status, presumably just in case anyone still wasn’t clear about her feelings toward Jenelle. Urban Dictionary provides this helpful definition of “mud duck”: “An atrocious-looking female. This girl has to be so horrible that she doesn’t even qualify as a duck.” Jessica went on to remind us of what really started all of this – her continued friendship with David’s first baby mama, Olivia: “Olivia and Kaden (my nephew and his mom) came to visit and Jenelle got so jealous she’s on oxygen but seriously. Then in retaliation she begins posting a bunch of weird sh*t!” Amazingly, all of this time, Jenelle was playing it relatively cool, clapping back passive-aggressively by posting an unflattering article about Jessica with a caption reading, “I’m done.” But, of course, she wasn’t done: “She’s always wanted to be “on tv”. Maybe that’s why she’s mad,” Jenelle wrote. “Davids brother and her have been asking david when they can film and they should have their own show. Her saying this doesn’t even surprise me.” She added: “She must be on xanax being as angry as she was in my voicemail lmfao.” Yes, Jenelle has decided to take this thing into “she’s on drugs” territory. She went on to accuse Jessica of repeatedly calling and threatening her, writing: “I have kids and she has 5 kids like damn just stop already. She fist fought a kid while 7 months pregnant and now her son has cerebral palsy. She needs to stop being such an angry person and stay sober. Drugs make everyone so angry it’s crazy.” She added that unless she publicly apologizes, Jessica won’t be invited to her and David’s wedding. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound like that apology is forthcoming: “All she has to do is bow down and call me the queen and I might forgive her. Maybee,” Jessica wrote. Stock up on popcorn, folks. Travis Scott likes to make sure his concerts are a memorable affair, but something tells us he did not bank on it getting himself arrested again. The 25-year-old rapper has a bit of a reputation for being someone who likes to get people at his concerts to part a little too hard. Travis was performing in Arkansas on Saturday night, before being arrested as he left the stage. According to TMZ, he was booked for inciting a riot, endangering the welfare of a minor and disorderly conduct. Talk about ending a show with a bang. Travis, surprisingly, was released without bail shortly after, but don’t bet on him putting this event in his rear view mirror. He will be summoned to return to Arkansas for a court date, but there is no indication about how long that will take. There’s no word on whether his girlfriend, Kylie Jenner was with him at the event, but considering the lack selfies from the star over the weekend, it seems they were apart. Like we said above, Travis has a knack for making sure people at his concerts have a good time, but he crosses the line pretty much every single time He was even arrested back in 2015 for doing the same thing he was arrested for over the weekend. The only difference being that he got more than one song into his set this time around. At a recent concert in New York City, he even tried to get people to jump from balconies. Now, that’s obviously a security concern. There’s having a good time, and then there’s causing people harm. It’s not good, but maybe Kylie likes that fiery side to her latest boyfriend. Texas Deputy Sheriff Accused of Beastiality A sheriff’s deputy in Texas is out on bond Tuesday morning, charged after he allegedly posted video of himself performing a sex act with an animal. Andrew C. Sustaita Jr., a six-year veteran of the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, was immediately relieved of duty upon arrest. Investigators were contacted about obscene material coming from an account in Harris County. An investigation reveals that Sustaita was allegedly involved in producing obscene material online.The video reportedly shows him involved in a sex act with a small dog. Sustaita is charged with obscenity, a state jail felony, and he could also be facing additional charges. Reports from people close to his family say the deputy comes from a law enforcement family, and everyone knows him as an honorable and committed family man.
Baby Abducted At Birth Found Safely 18 Years Later Thanks to DNA analysis, a baby stolen from a hospital just hours after she was born 18 years ago was finally reunited Friday with her birth family. The woman she thought was her mother is being charged with her kidnapping. Police arrested Gloria Williams, 51, in Walterboro, South Carolina, where Mobley was raised in a small house, about 200 miles from the hospital where she was born. She will be extradited to Florida on charges of kidnapping and interference with custody, authorities said. Mobley was only eight hours old when she was taken from her young mother by a woman posing as a nurse at University Medical Center. A massive search ensued, with helicopters circling the hospital and the city on high alert, and thousands of tips came in over the years, but she had disappeared. The teen, Kamiyah Mobley, is in good health, but understandably overwhelmed, Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams said at a news conference.
