PD… hey now! Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann have now been married for four years and the couple has decided to celebrate the occasion via a bathing-suit, beach-based, affectionate photo on Instagram. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared this romantic image on social media and wrote a hashtag-laden caption to go along with it. “He is everything!!” she wrote of her husband, adding: “#NothingElseMattersButOut6Babies #AskBelieveReceive #MexicoByeWeek #AnniversaryTomorrow4Years.” Zolciak has earned herself some celebratory moments, considering the health scares she has faced over the past few weeks. Kim had to drop out of Dancing with the Stars Season 21 due to a stroke, only to later learn that she needed heart surgery . The last time we heard from Zolciak, she was Tweeting and writing on social media from her hospital bed . “I want to thank everyone for their love and support over the past few days. I am now home with my family, resting and taking care of my health,” she wrote in late October.
