Source: Chris Hondros / Staff / Getty ‘Johnson & Johnson’ Sued For $8 Billion After Man Develops Breasts Johnson & Johnson has been hit with several lawsuits since being founded over a hundred years ago, but nothing quite like this. On Tuesday, the multinational corporation was ordered to pay 8 billion dollars in punitive damages after a man reportedly developed female breast tissue from taking one of their antipsychotic drugs. A Philadelphia jury awarded 26-year old Nicholas Murray after his lawyer argued that J&J put “profits over patients” in marketing the drug Risperdal. The Guardian reports: “Johnson & Johnson immediately denounced the award after the jury’s decision in the court of common pleas, saying it was “excessive and unfounded” and vowing immediate action to overturn it.” Johnson & Johnson said in a statement on its website it was confident that the award would be overturned, calling it “grossly disproportionate” with the initial compensatory damage award and “a clear violation of due process”. This isn’t the first time this year that J&J had to pay up. You may recall that back in August, Johnson & Johnson was ordered to pay $572m after a judge in Oklahoma ruled that the company contributed to an opioid epidemic in the state by running a “false and dangerous” sales campaign

Mariah and Quad have been eviscerating each other on Andy Cohen’s couches with allegations that Mariah uses cocaine and allegations that Quad slept with Mariah’s brother-in-law. Quad recently doubled down on the cocaine allegations and said she personally witnessed Mariah do the drug in front of her. She’s since told US Weekly that she believes Mariah STILL uses the drug to this day. “I saw her utilize cocaine,” Quad told US Weekly on Jan 7. “I know what I saw. I saw her actually using the drug herself … 2013, I saw her start using, and it just spiraled out of control. She’s just picked up the habit, even … has it now.” “This wasn’t a one-time thing, that she did this. This is progressively getting worse,” Quad said. “We’re not friends. We’re not. Let me just state that for the record. However, she was once a very special person to me. And because of that, I don’t want to see her continue to go down this road, because she’s a mother, she has children. She’s a wife. I’m very concerned for her. I’m very concerned for her.” Mariah’s since released a statement on her Instagram categorically denying the drug allegations. “In recent weeks I have endured a series of malicious and deceitful assaults to my personal character and integrity,” wrote Mariah.” I do not now or have I ever used illicit recreational drugs of any kind.” Not only that, she submitted a drug test to AllAboutTheTea that came back negative. On January 9, Mariah Huq was tested for cocaine, opiates, marijuana (cannabinoid), barbiturates etc. by LabCorp in Roswell, Georgia and all of her drug screens came back “Negative.” While Mariah might be clean from drugs, fans think she’s totally guilty of discounting Quad’s allegations that her husband was physically abusive. Benefiting the Red for Hope Foundation Featuring: Stevie J, Joseline Hernandez Stevie J & Joseline In Legal Battle Over Unborn Baby Bonnie Stevie J said he doesn’t care if his ex Joseline produced paperwork showing she’s been drug-free during her pregnancy, he still wants a court order to drug test their baby girl. Stevie filed court docs this week saying he didn’t ask for the drug test to embarrass Joseline, but he is simply a caring dad with a soon to be baby mama with a history of drug abuse. He also reiterated his claims that his ex-lover had abused drugs and alcohol – specifically cocaine – throughout her pregnancy. “Respondent has verifiable concerns regarding the health and well-being of the minor child/fetus, which has been articulated in three pleadings and his arguments before the court…” Stevie said in his motion papers, which were obtained by BOSSIP. Earlier this week, Joseline filed court docs with tests that show she hasn’t done drugs during her pregnancy. She said she’d also have the baby drug tested voluntarily as soon as she’s born next month. But Stevie said her drug tests weren’t conducted by certified by a licensed medical professional, and her medical team doesn’t have the capability to drug test the baby. “Respondent believes that it is in the best interest of the minor child to determine if she has been exposed to such illegal drugs while in utero,” Stevie wrote in court docs. “Such testing administered by a licensed medical professional is essential to make such determination as to the exposure or ingestion thereof by the minor child.” Specifically, Stevie wants the baby’s poop tested because the baby’s waste will show whether the tot was exposed to cocaine while inside Joseline’s womb. A judge has yet to rule on Stevie’s plea for a court order to drug test the baby. WENN
