Source: Chris Hondros / Staff / Getty ‘Johnson & Johnson’ Sued For $8 Billion After Man Develops Breasts Johnson & Johnson has been hit with several lawsuits since being founded over a hundred years ago, but nothing quite like this. On Tuesday, the multinational corporation was ordered to pay 8 billion dollars in punitive damages after a man reportedly developed female breast tissue from taking one of their antipsychotic drugs. A Philadelphia jury awarded 26-year old Nicholas Murray after his lawyer argued that J&J put “profits over patients” in marketing the drug Risperdal. The Guardian reports: “Johnson & Johnson immediately denounced the award after the jury’s decision in the court of common pleas, saying it was “excessive and unfounded” and vowing immediate action to overturn it.” Johnson & Johnson said in a statement on its website it was confident that the award would be overturned, calling it “grossly disproportionate” with the initial compensatory damage award and “a clear violation of due process”. This isn’t the first time this year that J&J had to pay up. You may recall that back in August, Johnson & Johnson was ordered to pay $572m after a judge in Oklahoma ruled that the company contributed to an opioid epidemic in the state by running a “false and dangerous” sales campaign

Source: SMXRF/Star Max / Getty Ronnie Ortiz-Magro Booked For Kidnapping After Alleged Domestic Assault Involving Girlfriend Jen Harley After ignoring friends and family who say the two should breakup for good because they have a toxic relationship, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Jen Harley got into yet another domestic dispute. Ronnie was tased, arrested, and charged with kidnapping. The Jersey Shore actor allegedly chased Jen with a knife…. while holding their 18-month-old child in his arms. Apparently, Jen told cops Ronnie lost it after doing cocaine. From TMZ : Ronnie and his GF, Jen — who’ve been on and off due to several violent incidents — got into another heated argument early Friday morning, shortly after 2:30 AM, at an Airbnb they’re renting in L.A. … according to our law enforcement sources. As we’ve seen in the past … the argument got out of hand quickly, because we’re told Ronnie allegedly slapped and punched Jen … who then went running out of the house, screaming for help. TMZ states cops received multiple calls about Jen being “in distress.” Our law enforcement sources say Ronnie gave chase … running after Jen, allegedly with a knife in his hand, and horrifyingly, also with their infant daughter! We’re told Ronnie was holding 18-month-old Ariana as he yelled at Jen to get back in the house. We’re told Ronnie eventually dropped the knife and locked himself and Ariana in the house. That’s where he was when police arrived on the scene, and he did not respond to their commands to come outside. Believing baby Ariana might be in danger, the police reportedly broke down the door to the house, at which point Ronnie still didn’t calm down… so they tased him. TMZ reports the girls suffered no major injuries, though Jen has visible marks on her face according to what the site is told. The site also states that 12 hours before the incident they were hand-in-hand, happy about getting back together although their loved ones warned against it… see that HERE .

That’s all fine and dandy if that’s how she wants to live, just long as she keeps it to herself and her circle of sunken place citizens. The problem with Candace’s beliefs this weekend was the fact that she brought herself to Diddy’s Revolt Music Conference in Atlanta along with all of her MAGA propaganda. To make things even spicier, whoever booked Owens for the event decided to put her on a panel with T.I. and Killer Mike , two of the most outspoken rappers and activists in the game. Now you already know that neither one of them were going to let her get up there and lie or not have her facts together. When the topic of Trump being racist came up, she tried to defend him with every drop of MAGA blood that runs through her body. Candace repeatedly asked when Trump directly said remarks that seem racist or put down black people–which is when ATL commander in chief T.I. tore her azz a new one. When the rest of the speakers on the panel told Owens that “Make America Great Again” was a slight at black people, she mentioned Ronald Reagan using the slogan and asked was it racist back then (News flash: it was). That’s when TIP interrupted her to ask “When you say ‘Make America Great Again,’ which period of America are we talking about?” And the rest, well, you just need to watch yourself because words alone can’t properly describe the dragging. Recently, he was doing better and walking a straight line, even getting cast for the upcoming season of WE tv’s Marriage Bootcamp with his estranged wife, Jovan “Tookie” Brown. Apparently, the producers paid no attention to the details of his life or struggles whatsoever, and things in the house didn’t end up going as planned. According to reports from TMZ , the production and show team had the Bootcamp house stocked with every alcoholic drink imaginable. That’s when sources report the house was having a nightly turn up and Kurupt said screw it and decided to join in. While everyone else was drinking in moderation, Kurupt downed everything he could. That’s when things when downhill, according to reports. Sources close to production tell TMZ … Kurupt turned up with the rest of the cast inside the ‘MBC’ house, and the rapper drank so much he ended up needing medical treatment. We’re told Kurupt missed 2 days of filming while he was hospitalized from his boozy night. With money on the line and product deadlines approaching, as the house is rented and crew has to be paid, the higher-ups involved on the show decided to remove all alcohol from the house and the show altogether. This is sure to have some sort of impact on the vibe between the stars in the house, but it’s clearly for the best. Just imagine trying to save your marriage and being forced to talk about uncomfortable situations every day while not being able to have one drink to let off some steam. Probably sounds like for some couples, but not the same hell as someone who’s battling alcoholism . Just last year, his wife expressed disappointment with Kurupt during their super messy public feud and rumored divorce. We wish Kurupt the best and are glad to see he’s out the hospital and back on the job to get his wifey back!

Source: Pacific Press / Getty Doc Gooden Arrested For DUI In New Jersey Doc Gooden has a long history of struggles with drugs and alcohol and despite years of battling, he just doesn’t seem to be able to get a hold on his demons. According to NYPost , Gooden was arrested for DUI on Monday in New Jersey when officers caught him driving the wrong direction down a 1-way street. “He pissed himself. He was clearly buzzed, really kind of f–ked up,” said an Essex County law enforcement source. Still, Gooden, who lives in Piscataway, “was cooperative and polite,” the source said. A few weeks ago Doc was popped for possession of cocaine. We hope he can get it together before something really bad happens.

Source: David Howells / Getty Frank Lucas Dead At Age 88 The man who Denzel Washington immortalized on the silver screen has gone home to glory. According to Rolling Stone , heroin kingpin Frank Lucas died of natural causes yesterday as confirmed by his nephew Aldwan Lassiter. For those who haven’t seen American Gangster, Lucas is a legend of sorts. He is credited as the visionary behind the “Golden Triangle” cartel that imported heroin from Asia inside the coffins of dead Vietnam soldiers. “Who the hell is gonna look in a dead soldier’s coffin,” Lucas said told New York in the 2000 article “The Return of Superfly.” “We had him make up 28 copies of the government coffins . . . except we fixed them up with false bottoms, big enough to load up with six, maybe eight kilos.” (Lucas’ coffin claim, however, came into question following the release of the movie.) The DEA and NYPD collaborated to bring Lucas down in 1975. The drug czar would eventually go on to snitch on a LOT of people as he turned state’s evidence The Drug Enforcement Agency and the New York Police Department ultimately ended Lucas’ reign in 1975, with Lucas receiving a 70-year prison sentence. However, Lucas later turned state’s witness and provided evidence that resulted in dozens of drug-related arrests. Lucas was released from prison in 1981 after his sentence was reduced to time served. Three years later, Lucas was again busted for a drug deal that violated his parole and spent seven years behind bars. Sterling Johnson, a former New York City special narcotics prosecutor, called Lucas’ operation “one of the most outrageous international dope-smuggling gangs ever . . . an innovator who got his own connection outside the U.S. and then sold the stuff himself in the street.” Source: David Howells / Getty We’re not sure if Frank Lucas is in Heaven or Hell but rest in peace, Black man.

In his new book, “Darkness to Light”, Lamar makes it very clear that he believes that Dennis Hof, the owner of the Love Ranch, tried to kill him for unknown reasons. Peep what he says in the TMZ video below. Did Lamar just say that he didn’t really take drugs that night? We obviously weren’t there, but, really? Dennis Hof is dead by the way, so there’s no way that he can speak on this but wow.
