Brandi Padilla is seeking $190,000 per month in child and spousal support after filing for divorce last year . The Blast reports : As The Blast first reported, Garnett’s wife of 14 years, Brandi Padilla, filed for divorce last July. She is seeking physical custody of the former couple’s two kids, 10-year-old Kapri and 6-year-old Kavalli. In her original filing, Brandi said she wanted spousal and child support and in new court documents obtained by The Blast, she goes into detail about what she’s after. According to the docs, Brandi wants $46,000 a month in child support, estimating that she will have the kids 95% of the time. She’s also asking for another $146,000 in spousal support and then another $300,000 to cover her legal fees. Garnett has countered by requesting joint legal and physical custody and has cited a prenuptial agreement the pair signed before their marriage. — Photo: WENN

Brandi Boyd of Love & Hip Hop Hollywood recently walked in the ELIE MADI fashion show at LA’s fashion week, with her sister Amber who has Muscular Sclerosis, to raise awareness of this disabling disease. The ladies were wearing ELIE MADI and ROCKY GATHERCOLE FOR THE STARS FASHION HOUSE. Amber is the first model to have MS and walk in fashion week. With the fashion industry notorious for being very exclusive, they are working to raise awareness for auto immune diseases, like Muscular Sclerosis. “We were thrilled to have Brandi and her sister Amber walk in our recent LA Fashion Week show. Brandi exhibits the glow and effervescence of her Godmother Whitney Houston and we were equally excited to work with Amber and Brandi to raise awareness for muscular sclerosis, the disease which Amber suffers from, by having the first model with this debilitating disease,” said designer Elie Madi. “It meant so much to me and my sister for Elie and Jacob to give her the chance to realize a dream of walking in a fashion show which is something she thought she would never complete due to her having MS. We are forming a foundation to continue with our goal of finding a cure of this horrible disease so stay tuned for more info,” Brandi said about walking in the show. How awesome!
Miley Cyrus apparently has 2016 by the ‘nads … or it is, at least, the year that she stopped being so damn obnoxious about everything all the freaking time. Taking the cover of Variety’s brand-new Power of Women issue, Cyrus was interviewed about Disney, her sexuality, and nipple pasties. While most of you are just here for Miley Cyrus’ nipple pasties —it’s okay, we don’t judge around here—she actually has a lot of good to say…and above all, it makes sense . Good on her, you know? About her sexuality, Cyrus says, “My whole life, I didn’t understand my own gender and my own sexuality,” which isn’t hard to believe, growing up all Disney — and that’s sad as hell. “I always hated the word ‘bisexual,’ ” Miley explained, “because that’s even putting me in a box.” Insert obligatory box joke here. “I don’t ever think about someone being a boy or someone being a girl,” she clarifies. “Also, my nipple pasties and s–t never feld sexualized to me.” Well, good on you, girl, for being blind for the last few years. Keep that universe or whatever it is running through your head. All jokes aside, though, Miley’s doing much better than she has in previous years. She sounds more grounded and less outlandish — it’s true, believe it or not — than she has in previous interviews. Further, she puts presidential nominee Donald Trump in the same baskets that the Kardashians ride around in, and that makes things OK in our book, too. About Trump, Miley says, “This is not a dig, but I do think there’s something that goes with the Kardashians and Trump. The Kardashians are better than Trump, because they are not trying to run the country.” “They are just trying to be famous, and that’s fine,” she concedes (it’s not). Keep on keeping on, girl. It’s been just over a week since Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris, and the story shows no signs of leaving the headlines any time soon. It doesn’t help that there are new reports that the robbery was exposed as fake in recently leaked footage that appears to show the reality star calmly FaceTiming just moments after she was allegedly bound and gaged. Then there are the stories over the public’s reaction to Kim’s terrifying ordeal… As with anything Kardashian-related there were jokes aplenty on social media in the days after the robbery took place. Some fellow celebs expressed outrage over the fact that so many saw fit to make light of Kim’s victimization. For the most part, their pleas for empathy fell on deaf ears, as thousands expressed their belief that Kim brought the theft on herself by making a living flaunting her wealth in a world full of have-nots. Many didn’t see Kim as a particularly sympathetic figure to begin with, and reports that the robbery was an inside job orchestrated by a member of her inner circle, or possibly even altogether staged, haven’t helped her situation. Now, online retailer Costumeish has hit Kim with the ultimate low blow in the form of a costume that turns her horrifying ordeal into a punchline: Technically, it’s a “Parisian Heist Robbery Victim Kit” that’s currently selling on the site for $69.95, but clearly, it’s based on the latest Kim scandal. The members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan are no strangers to controversial Halloween garb. Last year a Caitlyn Jenner costume stirred up controversy in the weeks leading up to the holiday. Even after Caitlyn gave fans permission to wear the costume, many still decried it as distasteful at best, transphobic at worst. We doubt Kim will be offering her fans a similar pass. Her co-star is a rapper she got down and dirty with after she had broken up with Fizz. Not that Jason wants to help her with her problems. Why? She hasn’t apologized … yet. So Brandi meets up with Jason with Princess, and he asks Brandi to bark like a dog to get the information. Desperate, she does so. Jason agrees to help them, and while we didn’t get to see any of the alleged sex tape, we do see him discuss it with Fizz and Moniece. Who did she make it with? Jason Lee has also claimed that the 28-year old Moniece got knocked up by NBA star Shaquille O’Neal in 2012 while he was still married. Moniece admits that she had a brief relationship with Shaq, she denies the allegations and says that the pregnancy story does not add up. On Instagram, she clapped back at Jason Lee, saying he is on a mission to destroy her. Slaughter went off on a self-righteous tirade: “Sad day when you’ve done literally nothing to an individual. A man at that. And he makes it his mission to do what he thinks is destroying you.” “But ultimately will damage the one individual who has nothing to do with any of it. My child. And if it weren’t for that, I’d let them keep it up.” Deep stuff. She also said of the Shaq rumors: “Let me make it clear condoms. An iud. And a vasectomy make pregnancy impossible.” “Meeting him in 2012 makes it impossible during a marriage,” she tweeted, as a follow-up. “SO STOP ASKING ME.” Slaughter has no shortage of enemies following a season that also featured her attacking Princess by claiming that she slept with Ray J. Princess is happy for Brandi but wants to know where she got the money; Max gave her $27,000 to put aside for their son. She spent it on … this. Brandi also says she uses Princess as an alibi whenever Max asks what he’s up to, and since Princess is engaged to Brandi’s brother? Let’s just say that puts her in an awkward position, and later, Princess tells Ray J what Brandi is up to, begging him not to tell Max. Even more awkward. Ray J promises he won’t talk, but Max starts to figure out that there’s something up, and it’s only a matter of time before this is exposed. Not much time, it turns out. The day of Brandi’s launch party at the boutique, everything is going well until Max SHOCKINGLY shows up. Brandi comes clean, at which point Max storms out to leave, only to watch Brandi jump on the hood of the car and windshield screaming. Really good times. Eventually she gets off, Max speeds away and Brandi collapses in the middle of the street crying after a brief attempt to give chase. Finally, the main event: Princess wants to know why Moniece keeps running her damn mouth talking about her during interviews and Mo wants her to say sorry. Ain’t happening. Moniece gets up to walk away but Princess runs around the table and tries to lunge for after her, until security steps in to break it up. Just another week in Hollywood, right? That s–t cray, but it’s par for the course with this cast of characters VH1 has assembled for us. It remains to be seen if Brandi Glanville will ever return to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in a full-time capacity, but the 43-year-old trash-talker certainly hasn’t lost her knack for stirring up drama. According to TMZ, Brandi recently sent a profane text message to ex-castmate Lisa Vanderpump that shocked even those who have seen Brandi at her wine glass-throwing worst. Sources say that Lisa was partying with Lance Bass and other friends at her own Pump restaurant in West Hollywood when she received the jaw-dropping missive from her former friend: “Merry Christmas vanderC–t and yes i am having my moment 🙂 AND it’s amazing!!! How is yours???? hahahahah #karmasabitch Or is it a c–t?? Hahahaha.” Based on the timing of the text, it seems that Brandi was cruelly mocking Lisa over the death of her beloved dog Daddio (the father of Lisa’s other pup, Giggy, who regularly appears on RHOBH, as well as Lisa’s other series, Vanderpump Rules). The beloved Pomeranian passed away less than 24 hours before Lisa received Brandi’s text, and Vanderpump and pals were out celebrating her adoption of two new pooches when Lisa received the message. The 55-year-old reality star and restaurateur took the high road in a statement issued to TMZ: “It’s sad to have that much hatred in your heart especially at this time of year,” Lisa said. “Our lil Daddio meant the world to us. Anyway, happy Christmas.” Lisa remains a class act, but we get the feeling she won’t be easily forgetting about Brandi’s harsh words.
