From the moment that Amber Portwood was arrested for domestic assault , fans assumed that a vicious custody between the Teen Mom OG star and her ex-boyfriend Andrew Glennon would soon follow. But even with Amber’s history of erratic behavior, we don’t think anyone thought the situation would get quite this ugly. Glennon has been keeping his distance from Portwood, and he currently has custody of the former couple’s 1-year-old son, James . Now, he’s being accused of tormenting Amber by flaunting his relationship with James on social media. “Andrew seems more concerned with public perception than getting back together with Amber,” a source close to the situation tells Us Weekly . The insider says the weeks since Amber’s arrest have cemented the fact that there’s no hope of reconciliation for Amber and Andrew. “He’s done nothing to indicate he wants to be back with her, and she’s done nothing to indicate she wants to get back together with him,” the insider says. “They’re as good as done and haven’t spoken since the court ordered them not to.” The source says Andrew’s Facebook posts have infuriated Amber, as have the comments from Glennon supporters deriding Portwood as an unfit mother. But Andrew accuses Amber of conducting her own misinformation campaign. And he says his social media updates serve no purpose other than “to let everyone we love know that James and I are OK.” “She is in total control of the future of this relationship, but if she wants to pass the buck to someone else, ignore her downfalls and not do what is right, that’s on her,” Glennon tells Us Weekly . “Amber needs help and the sooner she acknowledges that, the healthier and happier she will be.” As for the accusations that he’s going out of his way to torment Amber or that he used her for fame, Andrew says nothing could be further from the truth. “There can’t be any better indication of me wanting a family than me taking care of our beautiful son and keeping him safe,” he says. “He sees photos of her every day, smells her smells and plays with toys they loved to play with.” Something tells us Andrew’s efforts to appease Amber will fall on deaf ears. Amber Portwood has teased fans with her desire to leave Teen Mom . Thankfully, she opted to stay on the show — which is right where fans want her. Part the reason they like having her on the show is that it means seeing more of her adorable baby, as seen in this cute pic. “Everytime I see his little smile it makes me miss my Booboo so much!” Amber gushes alongside a photo of baby James. “I’m in California but Indiana dreaming,” she writes. Amber, of course, has two children — and Leah is 10 years old. Amber continues, writing that she is “such a proud mommy of 2 amazing and intelligent children.” She tags her post: “#sendinglove #beautifulsouls” James Andrew Glennon is just nine months old and adorable beyond belief. It’s only natural that, no matter how cute one child or the other may be, Amber would miss both of her children. Her recent photos has shared that she, Andrew, and baby James are in California at the moment. Sometimes, even parents who share custody of a child have to make difficult decisions about spending time away from one child or another. But Amber is making it very clear that she loves both of her little ones. Amber opened up recently about how, after much consideration, she has resolved to stay with Teen Mom . “I’ve been with this franchise for 10 years now,” she notes. “It’s such a long time,” she admits. “And I don’t want to see the show go down like that.” “I want to amp it up a bit more,” she expresses. “I just want to keep helping people with what I’ve been through,” Amber says. “What I’m going through,” She concludes: “and how we can come out on the other side.” Fans and viewers have been following Amber’s exploits for a long time. At first, she was with her first baby daddy, Gary Shirley. Things with that couple were so downright toxic that Amber ended up spending some time behind bars. She got out and got better. For a while, Amber was with Matt Baier. That relationship had a lot of fans worried, and they were relieved when they finally broke up. Amber left Matt — and went right into the arms of Andrew Glennon. When we say that she went right into Andrew’s arms, we mean that almost literally. Andrew was working on the counseling show when Amber and Matt split. He was there to comfort her, which made some of her fans initially wary. Had he taken advantage of her in a moment of weakness, or was he just being comforting when she needed it? It has since become clear that these two do really well together. And they welcomed their baby boy into the world! Amber Portwood has a troubled and sometimes problematic history. The ugly divorce between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard was settled long ago, but the brutal abuse allegations still weigh on the minds of fans. Now, new and lengthy court documents have come to light from their 2016 depositions. These papers shed new light on Amber and Depp’s claims. The Hollywood Reporter got a hold of some transcripts from Amber Heard’s 2016 deposition. 2016 was when Amber and Johnny divorced, and when the world learned of Depp’s years of alleged domestic violence. Though the accusations became public, along with upsetting testimony from eyewitnesses, much was kept under wraps during the divorce. Amber and Depp compromised by releasing a joint statement, affirming that neither of them intended to hurt the other, and that neither of them lied. Even when text messages surfaced appearing to show that Depp’s team knew about the alleged abuse, the exes largely moved on. But now, through these court documents, we know more. “Johnny and I refer to his other personality, the part of him that is present when he beats me up,” Amber said in her 2016 deposition. “We call that the monster,” Amber revealed. “And have called [that] the monster for years.” The total length of the deposition was 471 pages. Amber admitted: “I was petrified of the monster.” Within the deposition, Amber recalls an incident in which Depp, then her husband, allegedly attacked her. She describes him hurling her phone at her “as hard as he could,” striking her in the face. Amber says that he grabbed her by her hair during this alleged explosion of violence, prompting her to scream out for help. She recalled that, during the incident, Depp “broke a lot of glass things that left glass on the floor.” In addition to the shards of glass, she described the room being littered with silver candlesticks and a lamp. Though this is far from the first story of Depp trashing a room, this story is far more alarming. Amber Heard’s testimony is not the only voice within the deposition. There was testimony from the Los Angeles Police Department officers who responded to the incident. Raquel Pennington, Amber’s close friend, revealed in testimony that she had been in the adjacent apartment. She testified that she had come to Amber’s penthouse at her request, where Amber told her that she had been hit in the face with a phone. Raquel testifies to having witnessed Depp swing around a bottle and knock items off of countertops, and to have heard him yelling. She says that it was only Depp’s security’s arrival that diffused the situation, as they convinced him to leave. She also says that she had taken “dozens” of photos of Amber’s bruises over the years. As you may recall, there was a great deal of backlash over Johnny Depp’s casting in The Crimes of Grindelwald . So much so that some lifelong Harry Potter fans boycotted the film, and some took to calling it “The Crimes of Johnny Depp.” Depp was clearly and openly frustrated that people insisted upon bringing up the serious accusations of domestic violence against him. Some believe that this is why, in September of 2018, Johnny Depp suddenly made accusations of his own against his ex-wife. He claimed that Amber had punched him in the face, twice. Within the 2016 deposition, Amber was asked if she had ever been violent towards Depp. In 2016, when Amber Heard was asked if she had ever struck, slapped, or thrown an object at Depp, she answered. She said that she “did her best” to defend herself against her larger, stronger husband during his alleged violent outbursts. Domestic violence, particularly during a divorce, can be a complicated issue. Some victims may defend themselves. Some abusers may accuse their victims of having started it all. With celebrities, waters are further muddied simply because one star’s fans may be more outspoken than another’s. As any of us who’ve viewed any comments sections have discovered to our chagrin, Depp retains many fans who are his ardent defenders. Source: Maury Phillips / Getty Tonight’s episode of Love and Hip-Hop Hollywood really just builds up to the end, when Bridget, Brooke, Shun Love, and Amber Diamond get into to a scuffle at a showcase (the usual). Speaking of Shun Love, she and Apple are getting along swimmingly. Shun Love got some bomb lawyers on Apple’s case and her 30-day prison sentence ends up getting shortened to a few days. Shun also moves Apple into a nice house in Hollywood (and her kids are coming to stay with her too). Their business relationship is poppin’ but Shun warns Apple that her Johnny Come Lately dad cannot be trusted. Apple agrees that he definitely has opportunist tendencies. Thanks, Captain Obvious. Next, we’re at A1 and Lyrica’s party. They’re just celebrating the baby and being back in love and Lyrica asks A1 to marry her again. Amber Diamond is present and she informs Apple and Lyrica that she and Marcus go back. Back back . Catch the insinuation? According to Amber, they’ve been well acquainted pretty much up until not too long ago. Amber Diamond and Marcus have a moment to talk here and Amber mentions that she saw Brooke recently at RoccStar’s release party. Remember, this is the event that Marcus didn’t want her to go to. You know what happens next right? Marcus confronts Brooke about defying his wishes and Brooke mentions that she noticed Marcus has been liking a lot of Amber’s pics on IG. She obviously doesn’t appreciate that. She also wrote a song inspired by him called “F–k Boy Tendencies.” This goes over well. Marcus’ response is basically that Brooke is on punishment. He doesn’t say it in those words but he tells her that she’s cut off financially and they won’t be going on any dates, etc. Yeah, this is dumb. They obviously have no trust in their relationship and probably need to leave each other alone. Anyway, we Brooke’s crazy arse tells Bridget what’s been happening with Marcus and that she found an app where you can text somebody using someone else phone number so she decides to play games. She texts Amber pretending to be Marcus and they have a flirty exchange. Amber even calls Marcus “Zaddy.” Brooke invites Amber to her upcoming showcase (as Marcus), and this is where the episode winds down. Shun and Amber arrive just as Brooke finishes performing and you already know Brooke starts taunting them. This goes predictably south. Shun and Amber pop off on Brooke, but this is a verbal assault because Brooke is still on stage. However, Bridget is standing right next to them and ends up getting dragged into the exchange by popping off at the mouth. Bridget, being in close proximity to the hostile parties, gets bopped right in the head by Shun Love. Check this out, Shun Love snatches Amber’s wig off and uses that as a weapon. Never have we ever seen someone yank off someone else’s wig to hit someone else with. We’ve seen Cardi B snatching off her own wig to fight, but this is leveling up the petty. The Real Housewives of Orange County fans watched in horror and fascination as Shannon Beador flipped out on her co-stars in Jamaica. Even Tamra Judge, who has been Shannon’s closest ally on the show, was frustrated with Shannon’s behavior. Now, Tamra is taking to her blog to explain why she’s so frustrated with her BFF. If you watch The Real Housewives of Orange County online , the memory of Shannon Beador’s freakout remains burned into your mind. A lot of viewers were taken aback by Shannon’s freakout. But a lot took to Twitter to blast Tamra Judge, feeling that she was way too harsh in response. (Seriously, the feedback was enough that Andy Cohen spoke about how pissed fans were at Tamra) Tamra took to her Bravo blog to explain that she is frustrated with Shannon for not taking responsibility. “The constant negativity was driving me crazy,” Tamra writes. “I was at my breaking point with Shannon.” Tamra continues: “I love my friend dearly, but it wasn’t OK for her to act this way anymore.” Tamra says that it’s Shannon’s fault that she’s not getting along super well with her new castmates. “Gina and Emily had been telling me that Shannon does not give them the time of day,” Tamra reveals. “I tried to explain to them that Shannon is not good with change and doesn’t ask a lot of questions about other people,” Tamra says. Tamra adds: “not even me, her BFF.” “Both the girls told me that I was just making excuses and enabling her,” Tamra writes. “And they didn’t understand why I would do that.” Obviously, Shannon is dealing with a lot, including her at times deeply contentious divorce from David. Tamra says that this is no excuse. “Saying you have too much on your plate to acknowledge somebody on vacation makes no sense,” Tamra writes. She also laments that it is impossible to point out to Shannon when she is not being reasonable. “Here’s the thing,” Tamra says. “It’s really hard for me to tell Shannon when she’s acting out, because all she does is get mad and ices me out.” “So,” Tamra explains. “I just don’t say anything most of the time.” After Shannon blew up at Kelly Dodd, she explained herself at dinner — but that wasn’t the smoothest meal, either. “It really upset me that Shannon would go off on me at the restaurant,” Tamra laments. “I am the one that is always there for her, makes excuses for her behavior, and supports everything she does,” Tamra writes. “Sometimes it’s exhausting! ” “I never told Gina that Shannon was a bad friend,” Tamra insists. “Those were Gina‘s words, not mine.” Like Vicki before her, Shannon has struggled to get along with Gina Kirschenheiter because Gina’s divorce is going so well. “When I didn’t say ‘Yes, Shannon is a good friend’ right away,” Tamra says. “Shannon stormed off, and of course I chased after her.” Though viewers clearly remember Tamra screaming at Shannon, which seemed to escalate the situation, Tamra says she was there to help. “I tried to talk to Shannon about being a more positive person,” Tamra writes. “I really don’t think that Shannon sees how she’s acting,” Tamra says. “But all she wanted to do was attack me.” “Kelly asked me on the raft if Shannon ever calls and asks about Eddie,” Tamra reveals. “And I said …NO! ” Eddie has atrial fibrillation despite being relatively young. This potentially serious heart problem leaves him feeling betrayed by his own body. Tamra strongly resents the suggestion that she is in any way at fault for Shannon’s tensions with her new castmates. “To insinuate that I’m feeding into Emily and Gina having problems with her infuriates me,” Tamra declares. “Take responsibility for your own actions,” she demands of Shannon. “You did this, not me.” “Everyone was coming from a place of concern that night,” Tamra writes. “And I just don’t understand how Shannon can’t see it.” Maybe it was the heat. Maybe it’s that Shannon’s ponytail was way too tight. Tamra suggests that she is done pitying her alleged BFF. “When you continue to complain about the same thing over and over again and do nothing about it, I can’t feel sorry for you anymore,” Tamra declares. “You have choices in life,” Tamra says. “Either you can be happy or you can be miserable.” For most people, emotions are not really a choice, but that’s not how Tamra sees it. “I told Shannon,” she writes. “It’s time for her to flip the switch and be happy.” “The next day we went bobsledding without Shannon,” Tamra shares. Tamra makes it clear that they did this “not because we wanted to, but because she would not return anybody’s phone calls.” “She was icing everybody out,” Tamra laments. Megyn Kelly would like a mulligan. On Tuesday morning, the former Fox News host reminded NBC viewers where she used to work by sitting around with a few panelists and making a passionate defense for… … the use of blackface on Halloween? Yes. According to our records, this really was the random and racist hill on which Kelly decided to die for some reason. During the controversial segment on Tuesday, Kelly said it was perfectly alright when she was growing up for white people to dress up as black characters on October 31, speaking out against the Politically Correct Police these days who frown on such a thing. She used a really specific example to drive home her point, too. Back in April, an episode of The Real Housewives of New York featured cast member Luann de Lesseps going out for Halloween as Diana Ross . She received backlash for the outfit and then she apologized. Simple and understandable enough, right? Not to Megyn Kelly! “But what is racist?” Kelly asked, digging herself a deep grave by expounding as follows: “Because you do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface on Halloween, or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween. “Back when I was a kid that was OK, as long as you were dressing up as, like, a character.” We’re pretty sure that last sentence is demonstrably false; there just wasn’t social media back in the day over which folks could voice their concerns about these types of costumes. After earning immediate flak from basically everyone with a pulse, Kelly issued an apology on Tuesday evening. Written as an internal note, a copy of which was provided by a spokesperson for NBC via Twitter, Kelly said the following: One of the wonderful things about my job is that I get the chance to express and hear a lot of opinions. T oday is one of those days where listening carefully to other points of view, including from friends and colleagues, is leading me to rethink my own views. Continued Kelly: When we had the roundtable discussion earlier today about the controversy of making your face look like a different race as part of a Halloween costume, I suggested that this seemed okay if done as part of this holiday where people have the chance to make themselves look like others. The iconic Diana Ross came up as an example. To me, I thought, why would it be controversial for someone dressing up as Diana Ross to make herself look like this amazing woman as a way of honoring and respecting her? I realize now that such behavior is indeed wrong, and I am sorry. The history of blackface in our culture is abhorrent; the wounds too deep. Yes, exactly. Kelly prides herself as a journalist and yet somehow didn’t realize previously that blackface — which was used in the late 19th century and early 20th century by white theater performers to mock and stereotype African-Americans – has an offensive history?!? Come on, Megs. As Melania Trump might say, try to be be better, okay? Try not to make it so clear that you want back on Fox News and are happy to show executives there while you still belong. Go ahead and search social media for the best responses to this scandal, but we’ll go with Top Chef Padma Lakshmi and her Tweet. This is what she wrote: “I cannot believe the ignorance on this in 2018. You are on national television. “You have a responsibility to educate yourself on social issues @megynkelly. During the most recent episode of Teen Mom OG , fans took to Twitter to criticize Amber Portwood for what they viewed as manipulative behavior. The perceived victim of Amber's con was her ex and baby daddy, Gary Shirley. If you're a longtime fan of the show, then we probably don't need to tell you that Amber and Gary's relationship hasn't always been a bed of roses. But it seems they're working on things — and Gary would very much appreciate it if fans would stop trying to make that process more difficult. Take a look: 1. A Good Dad The Teen Mom landscape is littered with deadbeat dads, but to his credit, Gary has always prioritized the needs of his daughter, 9-year-old Leah. 2. Thick and Thin Gary has been there for his daughter during times when Amber was either physically or emotionally unable to be. 3. Gary and Kristina These days, Gary is married to Kristina Anderson, who also seems to be fully devoted to Leah’s happiness. 4. Amber’s Struggle Amber, on the other hand, is not exactly a fan favorite and has often been accused of putting her kids last. 5. To Be Fair Amber does have a lot on her plate these days, what with a new baby and a relatively new relationship with Andrew Glennon. 6. First Sega announced its Mega Drive (Genesis) mini , and now Sony is throwing its name in the hat with the PlayStation Classic Mini Console. Its been almost 25 years since the groundbreaking home console, the PlayStation was first introduced to the world. The console was an instant hit with gamers eventually becoming the first console to ship over 100 million units offering for the first time the chance to play 32-bit games with real-time 3D rendered graphics in the comfort of their homes. If you are one of those gamers who wanted to get that feeling again of pressing that power button and seeing the iconic load up screen Sony has good news for you. Today the company announced its new retro console, the PlayStation Classic and it’s gorgeous. The console perfectly emulates the original and is approximately 45% smaller than the original PlayStation console. It also comes with two classic controllers, an HDMI cable to connect with today’s televisions, USB cable. Don’t worry no physical memory cards will be necessary, the system will have a virtual memory card to save your game data. The PlayStation Classic will launch on December 3rd, 2018, the same day the original console hit shelves in Japan back in 1994. As far as cost, it will only run you $99.99 and is now available for pre-order at select retailers such as GameStop and Best Buy . So you better move fast cause you know this bad boy is going to sell out quickly. Rose took to Instagram to pen a lengthy message outlining her issues, concerns and frustration. “I am extremely frustrated. Every single year I put my blood, sweat and tears into my slutwalk. I did not create the SlutWalk movement. I did, however bring it to the forefront for this generation. People remind of this daily, through their deliberate attacks and evil comments. It becomes extremely frustrating when brands are “inspired” by the movement and curate my actual life story and use it as a marketing tool,” read part of her letter. She went on to detail how she’s been pushing the Amber Rose SlutWalk and SlutWalks all around the world, yet getting no calls from brands inspired by her moves. We have to point out the irony of this particulate line in her missive, though: “I also DON’T do it for the recognition AT ALL but God Damn Bruh smh.” Umm, then why is she upset if she doesn’t care about recognition? Anyway, we gotta admit that she does have a point. She then went on to mention that her ex Yeezy and Lil Pump have a hit with a chorus that’s pretty much in line with her ethos.
