Rick Ross Sued By Tour Booker According to TMZ Rick Ross is struggling with business relationships lately — first he’s dumped by Reebok … now a Florida tour booker says the rapper stiffed them … and after YEARS of working together. Total Access Talent filed a lawsuit in a Miami federal court this week … saying Rick Ross Touring hired it to book and organize a month’s worth of Florida dates starting last November … but never paid the 10% commission. Which is really weird … because Total Access says it’s been booking Rick’s tours since 2004 without incident. The lawsuit says they were so comfortable doing business … always been paid … that they arranged the tour with a verbal agreement. But Total Access says this time, Ross’ camp did an end-around after the company already set up opening acts (Meek Mill, Machine Gun Kelly, Wale, to name-drop a few), arranged dates, prepared contracts … the works. Total Access says Ross owes at least $171,000 in commissions. He couldn’t be reached for comment. Times are a little tighter for Rick these days … as TMZ first reported, he stands to lose between $3 million and $5 million after Reebok ripped up his endorsement deal after his date-rape lyrics kicked up a storm. Rick Ross is officially having the worst week ever. You looking kind of light right now Rick. We know it had to be painful to lose that Reebok money, maybe next time you’ll think before you speak.

News that Ashley Judd and Dario Franchitti , her race car driver husband of 11 years, are divorcing has only fueled speculation over her possible U.S. Senate bid. While conventional wisdom would suggest that a sad personal matter might shelve plans to run for public office, some say in Judd’s case it makes it more likely. Kentucky Democrats want her to run , saying the eighth-generation Kentucky native is an ideal candidate to take on GOP Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in 2014. The politically active actress was a delegate to the Democratic National Convention this summer, so Sen. Ashley Judd is not a totally crazy concept. Her impending divorce, while upsetting, may mean it’s more likely she’ll try, not less. Her husband is Scottish, and the couple also lived part-time in Scotland, which is inconvenient and not exactly a political asset when running in Kentucky. Now she can bill herself as making a clean sweep of things, including non-Kentucky residencies, and say she’s coming home to the place she belongs. Despite his powerful Senate post, McConnell is also vulnerable. A recent Courier-Journal Bluegrass poll found that only 17 percent of voters said they’d vote for him. Meanwhile, 34 percent said they would vote against him, and 44 percent said they would wait to see who McConnell runs against. So the door is open. Also, there’s the increasing possibility that Republican McConnell will face a primary challenge from a right-wing Tea Party candidate, and lose. Judd against a far-right candidate with less name recognition and establishment power begins to sound like an even more winnable race for Dems. Not that she doesn’t have weaknesses, not the least of which being a Hollywood celebrity in a state where that couldn’t matter less to the average voter. The same star power and visibility it affords her can also hamper her, in other words, along with various liberal positions in a relatively conservative state. What do you think? A photo of Arnold Schwarzenegger getting down and dirty is worth a healthy amount, according to a really popular source that deals in such things. The Arnold Schwarzenegger sex photo , which was discovered in a storage locker earlier this week, could fetch $150,000 minimum, YouPorn believes. In fact, they’d pay that for it right now, sight unseen! As celebrity news site TMZ first reported, entrepreneur Jeremy Frommer purchased storage lockers owned by deceased Penthouse founder Bob Guccione. In them, he found a virtual treasure trove of celebrity erotica, including unpublished nude photos of Madonna, Lauren Hutton, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. YouPorn is interested, offering $150,000 up front . No one has seen it, but the nude Arnold pic supposedly shows him in the act. YouPorn writes, “Let’s face it. The real value here is in Schwarzenegger’s ‘Schwanz.'” It’s unclear if Frommer plans to take the deal. It’s also unclear if the photo will fetch more than the total gross box office receipts of The Last Stand . Suffice it to say, he’s a tad rusty as an actor these days.

Gook luck getting your money… O.J. Simpson Still Owes Over $500K In Back Taxes Via TMZ reports : O.J. Simpson may be rotting behind bars, but it doesn’t mean he can skate on his taxes … so says the IRS, who just slapped him with yet ANOTHER tax lien. According to a federal lien filed in December, O.J. failed to cough up $17,015.99 in taxes for the year 2011. This makes for the THIRD lien filed against him in the last 12 months. As TMZ first reported, Uncle Sam filed a lien for $179,435.07 for the years 2007-2010 and the State of California says he still owes $318,566.04 for the year 2000. Tax debt total = $515,017.10. And don’t forget … he still owes MILLIONS to the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman for that whole double murder thing. Better keep pounding those license plates. Time for the state of California to start garnishing OJ prison earnings.

At least that’s Lindsay Lohan’s explanation for shutting down a “Scary Movie 5″ kissing scene between her and Charlie Sheen — saying she refused to lock lips with him in the movie because of his spotty history. Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, she was supposed to kiss Charlie three times during their “Scary Movie” bedroom scene, but she ultimately refused to do it because of Charlie’s wild partying past. It’s unclear what Lindsay was so paranoid about — but we’re told BOTH parties had to sign releases that they didn’t have cold sores. Lindsay’s telling friends she warned producers ahead of time that she had issues with kissing Charlie — who’s had considerable dental work done in the last couple years — but they didn’t change the script until it was time to shoot the scene. Ho, who knows where YOUR mouth has been!!! We’re told they used a body double for some of the kissing parts — with moderate success — but otherwise tried to write out the kissing entirely. According to sources, Charlie was cool as a cucumber about the whole thing, and never voiced any concerns with the rewrite … or Lindsay’s objections. They fought off breakup rumors on numerous occasions since then but seemed relatively stable, frequently going on dates and looking very happy together. He was recently linked to Barbara Palvin , however. Major red flag. Many rabid Bieber fans, affectionately or pejoratively known as Beliebers, have had it in for Selena Gomez since day one, attacking her 24/7 via the Internet. “It hurts, it really does,” she admitted this year. “I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong. Katie Couric makes a major, stunning admission on her talk show today: The former CBS Evening News anchor struggled with an eating disorder as a teenager. In an taped interview that will air across the country this afternoon, Couric sits down with Demi Lovato – whose troubled past is well-documented – and admits that she can relate to all Lovato has gone through. “I wrestled with bulimia all through college and for two years after that,” Couric tells her audience. “And I know this rigidity, this feeling that if you eat one thing that’s wrong, you’re full of self-loathing and then you punish yourself, whether it’s one cookie or a stick of gum that isn’t sugarless, that I would sometimes beat myself up for that.” Lovato, of course, spent weeks in rehab toward the end of 2010, later admitting to an eating disorder, along with other body and self-confidence images. During the segment, she says her problems began all the way back when she was three years old. “I remember being three years old in a diaper and rubbing my hand over my stomach,” Lovato says. “And I remember thinking in my head, ‘I wonder if one day this will ever be flat?’” Check your local listings to see when Katie airs in your area and tune in later today to listen to a lot more from these two strong women.
