Source: Audtakorn Sutarmjam / Getty Texas Man Forged Wife’s Signature To File For Divorce Some situations call for you to take matters into your own hands, while others get you arrested. That was the case for one Texas man who attempted to divorce his wife without her consent. 51-year old Paul Nixon submitted forged documents and false information to a Houston district court in an attempt to end his union with Mrs. Nixon. According to the New York Daily News , Nixon also reportedly committed perjury when testifying in court during a divorce hearing. Authorities say the divorce has been set aside due to the fraudulent filing. Fox 6 News reports: Authorities received a call on May 14 from a woman who said her husband had allegedly completed the divorce and that a court already filed the final decree. Through the investigation, authorities found that Nixon forged documents and submitted false information to the court. He also allegedly submitted a waiver of service with a forged signature from a notary. Mark Herman of Harris County Constable Precinct 4 said that Nixon committed aggravated perjury when he testified during the final hearing on the validity of the documents and information. Authorities are currently still on the hunt for Nixon.

After his estranged wife filed for divorce last July, Garnett recently filed documents to avoid having to pay her spousal support. The Blast reports : As The Blast first reported, KG’s wife, Brandi Padilla, filed for divorce last July. In her filing, she asked for physical custody of the couple’s two children and for the court to award her spousal support. KG filed his response on Monday, where he is asking for joint legal and physical custody of the kids. He is also asking the court to terminate spousal support for Brandi, citing a prenup the couple signed a month before the marriage. The couple did agree on the date of separation — they both listed “TBD” — and the reason for the split, irreconcilable differences. It’s only been seven months since Teen Mom 2 fans learned that Leah Messer and Jason Jordan are dating . And the couple has experienced quite a few ups and downs during that time. Leah and Jason broke up in October, but they were reunited in time for the holidays, And it seems that they’ve been making up for lost time ever since. Leah often gushes about Jason on social media, and Jordan is happy to return the favor. It seems one of the many things that draws Messer to her new dude is that he’s formed a close bond with their three daughters. Jason recently joined Leah at a cheerleading tournament, in which her daughter Aleeah competed. Leah posted a photo of Aleeah (below), and Jason Jordan’s comments on her posts led many to believe the couple may be married. “She looked gorgeous and did a great job. Proud to be a cheer dad hehe,” Jason wrote. Not surprisingly, that remark led to some feverish speculation among fans. “Have I missed something is Leah engaged to him or have they gotten married?” one wrote. “Oh when did they get married?” another added. Jason was quick to explain and attempt to put the rumors to rest: “When the real dad ain’t around you play that role therefore making you the dad in play haha it’s an honor not a chore right homie!” he replied, adding: “Blended families for president.” Jason went on to explain that he is in no way attempting to replace Aleeah’s real father, Corey Simms: “When the real dad, Corey, is not around that means on Leah’s time. He is a VERY good father and is ALWAYS involved with the kids,” Jason further elaborated. “I saw him today as well. We were BOTH there for the girls.” Jason’s lengthy clarification didn’t end there: “Me as Leah’s boyfriend and Corey as her father,” he wrote. “The term cheer dad is a man who is involved with the girls of cheer. Dad. Boyfriend. Fiancé it doesn’t matter. “THIS is why my account is and will stay private, it invites too much negativity and comments,” he added. “I appreciate your comment, but Corey and I get along PERFECTLY and we are BOTH dads and we both support cheer. “It’s not that I’m her dad, lol I’m not. But when he’s not around I take his place as male role model and provider and protector and being a dad that already makes me a dad. “That doesn’t just turn off it’s just transfers to another child.” Wow. We feel like Jason spent more time clearing the air than was necessary. Our guess is that Leah asked him to make it very clear that she is not rushing right into a third marriage.
Just four months after their wedding, and just hours before their return to television on a new season of Counting On , Josiah Duggar and Lauren Swanson have shared some very sad news with their fans. It’s almost the saddest news they could possibly share. The news is this: Lauren suffered a miscarriage in October. “A couple months ago, we found out that we were expecting, but suddenly thereafter, we lost our baby,” Swanson explains in a clip released Monday morning from tonight’s Counting On premiere. Adds Josiah in this sneak peek: “It really was a hard time for our family going through this right after we got married. And all the dreams of getting to see our little one and hold it in our hands dashed before our eyes.” We can’t imagine anything more devastating. And we appreciate the couple being so candid about such a difficult topic. “Lauren and I were actually preparing for a trip to go to a friend’s wedding over the weekend. She started feeling really sick and started noticing some different things,” Josiah expounds on the premiere. Lauren, for her part, thought it was a dietary problem at first. “I wasn’t feeling well,” she says. “I was cramping really, really bad, which was quite strange because I normally don’t. I was thinking I had something with gluten in it.” She then discovered the tragic truth, continuing as follows while retelling this story: “It was late at night and I went to the restroom, and right there was the baby. Gone. I couldn’t believe it, and I was hoping it wasn’t true.” Fans have been speculating about Swanson’s status for months, which makes this even more poignant — and which also ought to serve as a reminder. You really should never ask a woman if she’s expecting or wonder when she might be in some public forum. Because you simplynever know what someone is going through. The couple, meanwhile, got married on June 30, 2018 at John Brown University Cathedral of the Ozarks in Siloam Springs, Arkansas; only seven months or so after they started courting. But things often move quickly in the romance department for members of this family. Said Josiah in a statement last March: “Lauren and I are engaged! This is an exciting big step in our lives and the whole thing was very meaningful. “The place where I proposed to Lauren is the exact spot where her parents were engaged. There’s a lot of family history on this property making it a special place for Lauren.” TLC actually aired footage of the proposal , too. Fast forward just a few months after this question-popping and Lauren and Josiah shared their first kiss.
