The popular womenswear manufacturer announced that they’ll be closing 53 stores in the U.S. after a decrease in 2018 sales. CNN reports: The difficult holiday period and planned store closures are the latest turmoil for the brand. In November, Victoria’s Secret’s CEO resigned. In December, its annual fashion show sunk to its worst ratings ever. The company closed 30 stores last year as it tried to escape weak malls. A list of which stores will be impacted by the closings has not been released. Sad day for panty lovers.

Another day, another David Eason allegation that makes you wonder how in the hell this guy isn't sporting a county-orange jumpsuit somewhere. As you probably already know, David loves guns. Just last month, Eason was visited by the Secret Service after brandishing his weapons and threatening elected officials in a series of disturbing social media posts. Today, Eason stands accused of pulling a gun on an elderly real estate agent who was trying to sell some property near his home — and this may be the scandal that finally leads MTV to cut ties with his wife, Jenelle Evans. Trigger Happy Eason has admitted to being obsessed with his sizable arsenal, and fans have long feared that David’s gun collection coupled with his infamous temper would eventually lead to some serious trouble. 2. In a year loaded with awful people, we'd like to make the case for David Eason as the Very Worst Person of 2018. We know there are people who did far more damage over the course of the past 12 months, but most of them have accrued a fair bit of power and influence over the course of their lives. David has taken great strides toward making the world a worse place this year, despite having no money of his own and being one divorce filing away from total obscurity. It's impressive in a deeply depressing/infuriating sort of way. And now, David is closing out 2018 with more of the bigoted nonsense he's been spewing all year. Take a look: 1. Dave the Douche David has been awful for as long as we’ve known about him. But he hit new lows in 2018. 2. Multiple Rock Bottoms Eason effed up so consistently and colossally in 2018 that it’s impossible to choose a single low point. 3. Not the Brightest Bulb Of course, David’s shock at receiving a visit from the Secret Service after issuing violent threats toward the president and other elected officials springs immediately to mind. 4. Outdoing Himself But in these final weeks of 2018, David has been finding new and innovative ways to prove to the world he’s truly a waste of oxygen. 5. A Man Without a Platform Once he got booted off Instagram for that pesky “threatening to kill the president” kerfuffle, David began trying to make a name for himself on Facebook and YouTube. 6. Joy-Anna Duggar’s struggle to lose weight after giving birth had some fans convinced she was pregnant again already . Well, she has dramatically lost weight, and offers to share her secret with fans. She also reveals that she has already reached an amazing weight loss milestone. Joy-Anna Duggar recently posted a mind-blowing selfie. She has struggled to drop her pregnancy weight, as many mothers do, but her new photo showed her figure looking very trim. Fans wanted to know her secret — and Joy-Anna is willing to talk. “Hey guys!” she writes in her Instagram story. “So I want to share with you what I’ve been doing to lose my baby weight.” It has clearly been working. “A couple months ago,” Joy-Anna shares. “I really wanted to hit it hard and just lose this baby weight.” “I tried exercising,” she reveals. Joy-Anna continues: “I tried dieting.” “And,” she laments. “Nothing was really working.” The reasons why some people struggle to lose weight are complicated, and often come down to time, money, and genetics. In the end, the human body excels at holding on to weight and is reluctant to shed those precious pounds. The tale of her weight loss had several steps, including how she learned of the technique she used. “So,” Joy-Anna shares. “My friend Jessica told me what she had been doing.” She is referring to Jessica Ballinger. “She lost 47 pounds,” Joy-Anna shares, and “feels amazing.” Different people gain and lose very different amounts of weight during pregnancy. “And,” Joy-Anna adds, her friend Jessica “says she has so much energy.” Some crash diets can make people feel exhausted because they are literally malnourishing themselves. Carbohydrates are the fuel that keeps the human body running, folks. Joy-Anna was totally blown away. “I know her,” Joy-Anna gushes. “And saw her results.” She had finally found the solution to her post-baby body. Joy-Anna says that she made a resolution for herself “and was like, I want to do it.” Good for her! Here is where Joy-Anna reveals her major weight loss milestone. “I started it,” she shares. “And I have already gotten down to my pre-pregnancy weight.” That is amazing! “And,” Joy-Anna boasts. “I am still losing weight.” That’s impressive, but we of course hope that she does not take weight loss to any unhealthy extremes. She reveals: “I just feel so good.” “If you guys are wondering what I’m doing,” Joy-Anna says. “You can contact her and I will put her link in the next story.” In other words, she’s not going to steal her friend Jessica Ballinger’s thunder. She says that Jessica’s method “helps teach you how to use food as fuel.” “And,” she adds. “provides you with the food that is necessary to burn fat without sacrificing energy.” Hmmm. So no, Joy-Anna does not provide details. At times it sounds like she is simply describing a diet, like the keto diet or something similar. At other times, it sounds like she is describing something more involved, like a food plan for which one must pay. There are plenty of people who love their food subscription plans. There are plenty of people who love their diets. No healthy solution is going to work the same way for everyone, however. We are so glad to hear that this worked so well for Joy-Anna. His next favorite topic is politics, which seems to be the case with a lot of people who are obsessed with guns. Terroristic It’s not hard to see how Eason’s post could be interpreted as a threat against Donald Trump and Nancy Pelosi. 5. Not Messing Around The government doesn’t take this sort of thing lightly, and so, David and wife Jenelle Eason received a visit from the Secret Service today. 6. One package was addressed to Hilary Clinton in New York and the other was addressed to Barack Obama in Washington D.C. CNN reports : Neither Obama nor Clinton received the packages or were at risk of receiving them, the Secret Service said. They were discovered during “routine mail screening procedures as potential explosive devices and were appropriately handled as such.” The FBI said the package intended for Clinton was found in the vicinity of her residence in Chappaqua, New York, but offered no additional comment, citing the ongoing investigation. Representatives for the Clintons referred press inquiries to the Secret Service, and a spokeswoman for Obama did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Both packages were sent at the same time and are being investigated.
