You know it’s a good day when I’ve got pictures of my favorite cutie Rachel Bilson out on the town in a little dress. They’re not the hottest pictures I’ve ever seen of her, but she’s doing her best to impress me with a little cleavage so I give her an A for effort. I can think of a few ways she can turn that grade into an A+. It involves a few water pistols filled with baby oil, a couple of supermodels, a trampoline and Heidi Montag’s new boobs .
