Madeleine McCann was nine days shy of her 4th birthday when she went missing from a rented vacation bungalow in Praia da Luz, Portugal, on May 3, 2007. Her parents said they left Madeleine and her 2-year-old twin siblings alone in the unlocked unit while they ate dinner at a tapas bar about 130 yards away. Gerry and Kate McCann are thanking supporters and vowing to continue their search for daughter Madeleine as they mark the third anniversary of her disappearance while on holiday in Portugal.
