SMH at his steez and the name “White Chocolate”: Police hunted down a violent thug who had been evading police for nearly eight months after fatally gunning down a man in Astoria, police said. Kyle Rivera, 25, who went by the alias “White Chocolate,” was picked up Monday by cops in Queens and charged in the May 22 murder of Stefan Middleton, 34, police said. Middletown tried to walk away after getting into a scrap with Kyle and his pals outside a building on 35th Avenue near 12th Street but ended up dead after a coldhearted Kyle, also known as “Dub C” allegedly whipped out a gun and shot him in the chest, police said. Kyle’s suspected accomplices, Lashawn Battle, 21, and Anthony Johnson, 24, were arrested soon after the crime. Battle was charged with murder, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Johnson was charged with assault and gang assault. Kyle has been charged with murder, gang assault and criminal possession of a weapon. Source
