My name is Haley. I’ve been with Justin since the beginning supporting him and everything. I got Bieber Fever right away. I saw his movie Never Say Never in February 2011 and I literally fell in love with him even more. My uncle is the president of MTV Europe but I live in the U.S., and he personally knows Justin and is friends with Scooter Braun. I never knew one day I would actually get to meet him. It never occurred to me. It was August 2011 and we were down the shore at my aunt’s beach house and he told us that the European Music Awards were coming up in Belfast, Ireland and Justin Bieber was going to be there. I jumped right out of my seat and told my mom, “We Should GO!” My mom was like, “Yea I agree… but I doubt we will actually go because of school and work and everything.” My aunt and my cousin, who was 8 at the time, were all for it. But it never really went through, we just left it at that. Late September came, and my aunt and my mom have bought it up. We were just thinking about it, looked at the flights and everything. October came around and my mom finally said to me, “We’re going to Ireland on November 2nd 2011.” I was so excited. The reason we were going was mainly to see the boy who I never thought I would ever see in my life, Justin Bieber. We were on our way to the Colleden Hotel in Belfast where Justin Bieber was staying, as well as Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry and so on. There were security guards everywhere guarding the drive way up to the castle. We took a black Mercedes up, and saw three Mercedes coming down, little did we know the middle car was Justin. He was inside drinking water and he waved to us . It was incredible. Me and my cousin was freaking out. Later my aunt got a call from my uncle saying he’ll have a driver come pick us up from the hotel and you will meet me here at the venue where the award show is being held and you will meet Justin Bieber . I was so excited. We finally got to the venue (it was the night before the show) and everyone was getting ready for their dress rehearsal. I went backstage and there were stars everywhere. We got out of the black Mercedes and everyone was taking pictures of us thinking we were famous. It was great. My uncle’s assistant took us in and then we saw my uncle. He took us to Justin’s dressing room and we were in the hallway waiting for him. I heard his voice. I met many stars in my life before but this was someone special, this was Justin Bieber. He didn’t come out of the room yet but I could still hear his voice. Then he finally came out and said hi to all of his bodyguards and stuff. Then he came over to us, and asked us what our names were and shook my hand. He said, “What’s your name?” “Haley” “Hi Haley,” but pronounced Haley weird, anyways it was perfect. Then we were talking and my cousin squeezed my hand so hard I thought it was going to fall off. Then we took a picture and he rubbed my back and hugged me. So that was my first experiences meeting Justin Bieber. My second experience was at the Believe Tour in East Rutherford by New York. I meet him with my aunt, my cousin and my mom. We had to go in groups of 6 and we only had 4 so we asked this 12 year old girl and her dad to come in with us so it would be 6. I was standing next to the dad. I knew I had to say something to Justin before they took the picture so I said, “Wait can I stand right here” He put his hand out and said “Yes if want you right here sweetheart,” and he held my back this time. I was really worried if he would smile in this picture because he didn’t last time. But he did. He grabbed my hand and said thank you again. I was very stunned so I was just “Thank you” and I hugged him.
