Mariah, whose breasts were bulging on American Idol last night in a strapless dress, was busting out at the So So Def 20th Anniversary Concert in Atlanta. Onstage, at the big Saturday night event, the singer raised her hands up a little bit, and her form-fitting strapless dress nearly slipped down too much. Almost. So close, guys. So close.
