Wait… What? ve ended their search for a homeless man who is accused of attacking a waiter and biting off a chunk of his lip. Investigators have charged Carl Winston, better known as “Cyrus,” with aggravated battery disfigurement for the crime. Winston was booked into the Fulton County Jail Saturday.
