Apparently it was the 20th annual MTV Europe Music Awards over the weekend, which I wouldn’t normally recommend caring about if it wasn’t for Miley Cyrus here doing her best to top her own VMAs outfit. I don’t know about you guys, but I’d say she succeeded. Supposedly she also smoked a joint onstage, since pot’s legal in Amsterdam and all, and if she wants to keep that party going, since prostitution is also legal, I’ll be on the next flight out with all the money I keep hidden in my mattress for emergencies like this. » view all 32 photos Photos: WENN.com
