I’m pretty sure we’ve gone at least a solid week without Miley Cyrus doing something “scandalous” like twerking or tweeting out thong shots , so you had to figure we were due for something good. And here you go, right on time: it’s a picture of Miley posing topless on a horse statue holding a cigar. And yeah, I have no clue what it all means either, but I do know one thing — I like it. And I hope there’s more where this came from. So keep those fingers crossed.
