American actor Sean Murray welcomes the new member of their family River James Muray last Thursday. Agent Timothy McGee in CBS TV drama NCIS partner in real life and wife,  Carrie James, gave birth at 9:46 pm on April 22 in Los Angeles.  The baby boy weighed 7 lbs and 11 oz, measuring 20 inches long.
