Fergie will soon launch her first signature scent, but as of now everything is still on the process. The singer is getting loud about the scent’s name which is “Outspoken”. She didn’t want to call it Dutchess, or Glamorous, or Fergilicious, or something that she has already done. She named her first signature scent “Outspoken” because she wanted it to represent her as a whole woman, a fearless woman, who’s strong and empowering.
