Ross said his son’s mother Tia Kemp has blocked him and his family from seeing the boy, and their communication has broken down to the point that Ross doesn’t even know what school the boy goes to. “Petitioner never had a discussion with respondent regarding the minor child’s academic performance,” Ross wrote in court docs obtained by BOSSIP. “Further, petitioner has failed to provide respondent with equal access to the minor child’s school, location of the school, identity of the minor child’s teacher, report card for the minor child, or even academic schedule.” Continue reading →
