But heart attack prevention — and an overall awareness of one’s health in general — is crucial, too, if not completely adorable. This one dude’s stopped baking cookies and he runs every day since heart disease runs in his family, but he just can’t seem to get rid of his gut (to which we say P’SHAW, SIR!).
