Here’s everyone’s favorite weirdo  Lady Gaga leaving Royal Albert Hall, and I’ve got to give Gaga credit, between the pasties and the see-through outfit, she definitely knows how to dress. I just wish she’d use those talents to help dress others instead. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad on her, but just imagine this on a real hottie like Xenia Deli or Nina Agdal .
