T20 World Cup begins today in West Indies. The long awaited day of cricket fans has finally come. The 3rd T20 World Cup is composed of 12 teams and these teams were grouped into 4. Group A consists of world champion Pakistan, together with Bangladesh and Australia. Group B comprises Sri Lanka, New Zealand and Zimbabwe. Group C has India, South Africa and Afghanistan and Group D constitute England, Ireland and the host team West Indies. On May 1, 2010, the first groups to compete are Pakistan and Bangladesh. After which, they will have to face ODI World Champion Australia on the 2nd of May 2010. Two top teams from each group will then move to the next level which is the Super Eight Round, which will then be followed by semi-finals. On May 16, 2010 will be the championship game that will determine which team will become the T20 World Champion.
