The United Parcel Services will be hiring 25,000 drivers in the next five years to replace those that will retire. In line with this, UPS has established a new approach in hiring and training  UPS drivers — that is to use technology in the form of virtual reality and video games. UPS pays $75,000 per year for driver position. UPS virtual training will include series of virtual games like driving with a lot of obstacle, or walking around a greasy runway carrying loads of items or completing deliveries in fastest time.
