Greed Never Prospers: “Claymation” Jermaine Wants Katherine To Appeal Michael Jackson Wrongful Death Verdict

Jermaine needs that gwap to pay child support. Jermaine Wants Katherine To Appeal Wrongful Death Verdict We all want justice for Katherine and the kids , but something tells us Jermaine is more concerned with money than justice. According to Radar Online Katherine Jackson is being pressured by her “greedy” sons Jermaine and Randy to appeal the decision by the jury in their brother’s billion dollar wrongful death case, RadarOnline.com has been told. The jurors determined death doctor Conrad Murray was competent when he was hired and there was no reason for concert promoter AEG – the promoter of MJ’s doomed “This Is It” comeback concerts – to think he would start employing surgery-style anesthesiology. Despite the verdict in the five-month trial, Katherine has indicated to her lead trial lawyer Brian Panish that she supports his research into an possible appeal. More vocal behind-the-scenes are two of her nine living children. “Randy and Jermaine were stunned and shellshocked… they had been counting on the jury ruling in their favor and were ready for Katherine to divide any financial judgment between all of her children,” a family insider revealed to RadarOnline.com. “Randy in particular feels that the judge made numerous errors in the trial and that there are significant grounds for an appeal.” Randy is no legal expert! In the lawsuit, Jackson’s 83-year-old mother and three children — Prince Michael, Paris and Blanket — had argued that AEG was to blame for their son and father’s death because it was negligent in the hiring and supervision of Murray, who gave Jackson a fatal dose of the anesthetic proposal. However, AEG successfully argued that Jackson had a history of abusing drugs, including the anesthetic that killed him. Despite the courtroom result, Randy and Jermaine — who were both left out of Michael’s will — are “still pushing Katherine,” the source added. “All they want is money. They’re greedy. They tell Katherine they need answers about Michael’s death. “ “Their father left them as sole heirs of his estate, along with Katherine. They will have more than enough money to live a life and not ever worry about financial woes. At least Katherine is being strong . Maybe one day they will be able to hold AEG responsible. Jesus Take The Wheel: Man Executed For Killing His Parents And Grandmother In Drug Rampage That Ended With House Explosion

Damn, he took the parents and the grandma out . Man Executed For Killing Parents And Grandmother Good riddance…he won’t be missed. According to The NY Daily News A Texas man was put to death Wednesday evening for killing his parents at their Lubbock home 15 years ago during a drug-influenced rampage that also left his 89-year-old grandmother dead. Michael Yowell, 43, told witnesses, including his daughters and his ex-wife, that he loved them. “Punch the button,” he told the warden. He took several deep breaths, then began snoring. Within about 30 seconds, all movement stopped. His daughters and ex-wife hugged as they watched through a window in the death chamber. Yowell was pronounced dead 19 minutes later at 7:11 p.m. CDT. Yowell tried to delay his execution, the 14th this year in the nation’s most active death penalty state, by joining a lawsuit with two other condemned prisoners that challenged Texas prison officials’ recent purchase of a new supply of pentobarbital for his scheduled lethal injection. Crazy. Yowell’s parents, John, 55, and Carol, 53, were found dead in the wreckage of their home following an explosion on Mother’s Day weekend in 1998. Yowell’s 89-year-old grandmother, Viola Davis, who was staying there, died days later of injuries suffered in the blast. Yowell already was on probation for burglary and drug convictions. He was arrested on federal firearms charges and charged with his parents’ slayings after authorities determined his mother had been beaten and strangled and his father was shot. Prosecutors showed John Yowell was killed when he caught his son stealing his wallet. Yowell then attacked his mother, opened a gas valve and fled. The home blew up. “At some point he’s looking his mom in the face, beating her and wrapping a lamp cord around her neck,” Lubbock County District Attorney Matt Powell, who prosecuted the case, recalled Tuesday. “I think always there are some unanswered questions. You want to know how somebody is capable of doing that to their parents.” Evidence showed Yowell had a $200-a-day drug habit he supported by stealing. Evidence also showed he burned some of his bloody clothes and hid a blood-stained jacket and the murder weapon in the crawl space of a friend’s house. Defense attorneys unsuccessfully tried to show Yowell was insane. On Monday, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to review appeals that contended Yowell received shoddy legal help at his 1999 trial and in the early stages of his appeals. You know he was a cold-blooded killer when he said,”punch the button”….no remorse. Continue reading

Three Water Types exist in Moon

For the previous years, scientists have been observing the rocky neighbor of earth, the moon and they thought it’s just plain rock with no water until last year. Last year, scientists discovered unexpectedly the existence of the water in the moon and it comes with different types or shall we say, flavor. According to Paul Spudis of the Lunar and Planetary Institute in Houston, Texas, so far they have found three types of moon water. And so far, they have identified,  Mini-SAR’s thick lenses of nearly pure crater ice, LCROSS’s fluffy mix of ice crystals and dirt, and M-cube’s thin layer that comes and goes all across the surface of the moon. The discovery of such different types of water was in accordance with the different satellite used. Miniature Synthetic Aperture Radar (Mini-SAR) found 40 small craters with the size of 2-15km in diameter with water ice located at their base. These craters are not visible to earth. The Lunar Crater Observation and Sensing Satellite (LCROSS) slammed into the moon and found water in another crater. Mineralogy Mapper (M3) detected wavelengths of light reflected off the surface that indicated the chemical bond between hydrogen and oxygen — the telltale sign of either water or hydroxyl. It has been observed by scientists that some craters contain pure ice and some contain with mix soil and for the reason? That has yet to be discovered by the researchers. Because of the existence of the water in moon, maybe the next question that would trigger the scientists will be, Could there be a possible existence of life? Three Water Types exist in Moon is a post from: Daily World Buzz Continue reading
