People can be so cruel. Parents Put Girl In Cage According to The NY Post Two parents face charges after authorities say motorists spied a 10-year-old girl riding in a dog cage in the back of a pickup truck in western Pennsylvania. The Pittsburgh Tribune Review reports police say it happened around 7 p.m. Monday on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Millvale, just outside Pittsburgh. Authorities say they responded after getting reports from motorists who saw the girl riding in the back of the truck in the cage. Her mother, 29-year-old Abbey Carlson, and stepfather, 30-year-old Thomas Fishinger, are now facing charges of endangering the welfare of a child. Police say they told them the girl had said she wanted to be with the dog. Reliable telephone listings for the couple could not immediately be located and it wasn’t clear if they had an attorney. Chief Keef Arrested For Speeding According to TMZ Chief Keef was arrested for the SECOND TIME IN 7 DAYS yesterday … when cops in Illinois say the 17-year-old rapper was doing 110mph … in a 55 zone. Law enforcement says … cops spotted Keef’s 2011 BMW X6 M flying down Winnetka Road in Northfield, IL around 3:45 AM. When cops pulled the car over … Keef was in the driver’s seat with 3 passengers — big problem, since Keef only has a permit which allows him to have ONE passenger. After Keef was taken into custody, the BMW was released to one of the passengers … who left the scene with the vehicle. Keef was cited for speeding and having too many people in the car. He’s due back in court on June 17. The arrest comes exactly ONE WEEK after he was busted in Georgia for smoking drugs at an Atlanta-area hotel.
