Tiger Woods wife, Elin Nordegren, will skip the Masters. Woods comeback at the Masters is not only about playing golf but also about fixing his life after all the lies and betrayals he did. He didn’t elaborate more on his wife’s decision. He spoke about his family, particularly about being in a rehab. He missed Charlie’s first birthday on February 8. He admitted that it hurts a lot missing his son’s birthday and promised that he would never miss another one after that. Woods admitted that he’s nervous about his comeback. He felt thankful and humbled by the fans’ support on his practice rounds at Augusta. The encouragement he gets from them, gives him strength to become stronger. He emphasized that it’s not all about his performance on the golf course, but it’s also about finding peace and strength that he used to have. After the damage he had caused, he needs to be a better man who’s going forward and doing the right things that he should have done before.
