That said, she still finds ways to make us stop and say “Damn b!^*#, is THAT how you feel?!”. Tuesday, the leggy, blonde, piff puffin’, ex-Disney puppet was seen pumping gas in L.A. wearing what appeared to be a hooker’s wardrobe, or a really bad Rihanna impersonation. There is a time and place for everything…we think the time and place for this lil’ get up is on an Atlantic City street corner around midnight or so.
