One famous matador in Spain was in stable condition in intensive care after being pierced during a bullfight in Mexico. A video was captured during the bullfight shows Jose Tomas being carried out from the ring. He was badly bleeding after he was tossed for several times. A matador or torero is the main performer in bullfighting events in Spain, some Spanish-speaking countries and France. It is a dangerous activity since it requires a concentration, bravery and a huge amount of luck. Tomas needed reconstructive surgery to his femoral artery and vein after the bull’s long thorns hit and tore him through his leg.
