After a long pregnancy, Jill Duggar is the proud parent of twins … if you believe her big brother Josh Duggar, who congratulated her on just that yesterday. April 1 turned out to be one heck of a day for the Arkansas family, between these adorable new arrivals and bombshell reports of Jana Duggar engaged . Alas, both aforementioned Duggar tales were April Fools’ Day pranks. Josh can be very serious when it comes to wanting to help gays and their sad, lonely lifestyle , but he showed his sense of humor on Twitter Wednesday. Punking 19 Kids and Counting fans via Twitter, he wrote to his sister’s account, “Congrats to @jillmdillard @derick4Him on the surprise birth – twins!!!” The first of the 19 kids quickly added: “#19Kids #AprilFools.” Jill, who is expecting a baby boy with her husband Derick Dillard, is only having one child, and Josh could’ve ended up being right about his birthday. We’re now a week past Jill Duggar’s due date , although the midwife by trade says she’s fine with that, and will let her son come out when he’s ready. She’s predicted an April 5 birthday for her little man, which would certainly be appropriate, being Easter Sunday and all. All we can do is stay tuned. While Josh was tweeting the faux birth, Jill was making last minute preparations for motherhood and working on her laptop with her feet up. “Getting some things done while anticipating the arrival of our little man any day!” she captioned a photo, showing off her baby bump as always “#babydilly.” Josh is also expecting a baby soon with wife Anna Duggar. They are already parents to daughter Mackynzie, 5, and sons Michael, 3, and Marcus, 22 months.
