Heidi Montag showed up to Pure for the Pre-Valentine’s Day Party in Vegas over the weekend to debut her new body. Her face looks stiff like they stuffed titanium rods in there. It still looks busted too which is sad considering how much effort was put into it. At least her breasts are huge. I guess that’s something. All in all, if Heidi’s plan was to turn her average self into a totally different version of her average self, then congrats. It worked. She looks absolutely normal in every way.
