Last April Fool’s, Google surprised its search engine users when they posted an April Fool’s prank using a Topeka Google Logo. It served as thank you to the real Topeka, a name of a town in Kansas when Google wanted their bid for the broadband network service to win, the Topeka mayor temporarily changed the name of the town to Google Kansas just recently. With this came the origin of the Topeka Google Logo which Google used as prank to its users this April Fool’s. Well, it is clear that Google is not changing its name however this Topeka Google Logo was one heck of a surprise for the Google search engine users.
