After the launch of the Apple iPad and the Recent Apple Operating System 4.0 update, a personal mobile advertising system called iAd is on its way to entering the Online Advertising Industry that aims to compete with Online Advertising giants like Google Adsense and Adwords. The plans for Apple iAd are in parallel to Apple’s acquisition ofmobile advertising developer Quattro back in January 2010 for nearly $300 million dollars. Apple’s plans for the iAd will be hypertargeting and a more personalized and location-based advertising for iPhone and other Apple product users.
