Kourtney Kardashian stepped out for the first time today since announcing that she was with child. You may remember a couple of years ago when Kourtney thought she was pregnant with boyfriend Scott Disick’s baby (who she just confirmed is the father) and the pair ran off to Vegas to marry but chickened out at the last minute.
