A rep for this singer/actress would like to make that clear, following a video that surfaced over the weekend – courtesy of Miley’s 19th birthday party – in which Cyrus thanks her friends for presenting her with a Bob Marley cake and says: “You know you’re a stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke way too much f-cking weed!” Miley Cyrus Weed Confession Kelly Osbourne, who is featured in the clip above, has already Tweeted a defense of her friend, writing: “The cake was also A JOKE! It makes me sick that Miley Cyrus’ so called ‘friends’ would sell her out and lead people 2 believe she is someone that she is not!” Now, the star’s rep has issued a similar statement, reiterating that the entire incident was in jest. “The cake was a joke and Miley was being sarcastic,” this rep told Access Hollywood . “It is being completely taken out of context.” Do you believe these arguments?
