Red Hot Chili Peppers Reschedule Tour

And they’re going to have to wait a bit longer. The band announced on Wednesday that it has been forced to reschedule the previously announced dates 
 for it’s U.S. tour due to a multiple foot injuries suffered by singer Anthony Kiedis. According to a release announcing the new dates, Kiedis, 49, recently underwent surgery to remove a crushed sesamoid bone and correct a detached flexor tendon in his foot. He’s expected to make a full recovery, but in the meantime a series of shows that were supposed to kick off on January 20 in Sunrise, Florida have now been pushed back to late March and April. Fans holding tickets for the postponed shows can use them at the rescheduled dates. The new dates for the RHCP tour:
