Here’s Miley Cyrus looking mighty fine at the VH1 Divas 2012 show, and while I’m starting to get used to the hair, I’m having a little problem with her dress. Obviously I’m no fashion expert, but I think those cutouts are in the wrong place. They should be rotated over a good 90 degrees, not on her sides.
