So, according to my sources, Kelly Brook has apparently been on the Atkins diet for the past few months to get in better shape, and did this photoshoot to celebrate losing a few pounds. And don’t get me wrong, any excuse to see Kelly in a bikini again is good by me. I just wish she’d taken chosen the Tuna exercise plan instead — aka 30 seconds of strenuous exercise with yours truly 5 times a week.
